"Great! How about that new Washoku Restaurant? I heard it only opened a week or so ago, but the food is supposed to be great. As for the time, how about this Friday around noon?"
He knew she had just said she didn't care the time or place, but he had wanted to make sure she was fine with it before he left. After all, it'd be rude to announce a time and place before consulting the person he was taking out. He hung his duel disk across his belt as he continued to prepare for his departure, though he had to admit that if he had been in a massive hurry, he'd have been ready to go before then. He could only guess that a part of his was still reluctant to leave Recita's apartment.
((Sorry for the short post. Mad tired when I wrote it.))

((It's fine. I don't care if posts are long or short anyway lol))
Recita blinked once as he had already set the time and location on the spot. It was sort of... unexpected would be appropriate to describe it. She at least thought it'd take him a bit to think of when he'd be free, but she didn't complain. At this point she had time to work her way to an excuse for missing work... again. It was becoming clearer she didn't enjoy her job as much as she should. But either way, she'd make it there. That was the point.
"Uh... thats fine. I suppose I'll just meet you there or something," she replied as she watched him getting ready to leave. It would have been nice if he could stay a bit longer but she knew that he shouldn't miss the morning ferry and that she'd see him again on friday. When she realized this, she started talking while moving towards the door to the exit. "Well I shouldn't keep you much longer or you might miss your boat. Think you can find your way back to the pier or should I go get dressed really quick and take you over there?"

Matt had anticipated that she would ask if she needed to come with him, but he had taken the liberty of memorizing the way back. He would have gladly welcomed the company if he wasn't in such a hurry to get there before he missed the first ferry. When she did ask if she needed to accompany him, he merely shook his head and smiled.
"No, that's alright, I know the way. Besides, once I leave, I'll be in a rush to get back. Matt said. After he said that, he thought for a moment. Every moment he hesitated leaving, the less time he'd have to make it to the ferry. As much as he didn't want to rush out, his own choice in setting the alarm late gave him less time than he had let on.
"Well, until Friday!" Matt said, giving a small, playful salute before leaving the dorm. It wasn't far to the elevator, but when he pressed the button, he noticed the machine was near the bottom floor. Great... Once he got out of the elevator though, he'd be gone in a flash. But until the machine dragged itself up, there was nothing he could do but wait.

Recita blinked once again when hearing his response. He had already memorized the pathway after only going once and at the midst of night? It was actually quite surprising to know, but it worked out well enough. She thought for a minute. It had been awhile since Recita had been so... it was a difficult feeling to describe. At least it was for her.
She nodded as to say she understood before he rushed off into the hallway only to take a few steps out the door to see him at the elevator doorway. Unfortunately she couldn't very well walk out into the hall with what she was wearing now, that much she knew. So with that she just waved slightly to him from the doorway. She'd add a few words but she wasn't sure that he'd hear her, but she said it anyway. "Until friday then. Looking forward to it."
((Uh you go ahead and make the thread whenever you'd like and I'll post in it))
