Duelist Legacies OST - Wait... Who?Professor Alan Padmore Deck Construction Three Keys Alan had taken over the position, and although he was likely to be transferred to Professor Stein's position soon, he would spend as much time as he could to try to teach the kids here. He was beginning to think that the school's position was cursed or something. There would be three since the school year began in the position of Deck Construction? The poor sods. The whole bloody lot of them. Within the room it was a touch different. The room still looked basically the same with the same rows and same set-up, however to the blackboard had been attached a ladder on wheels. It was to help the short 23 year old write on the blackboard. The red bangs fell into his brown spectacled eyes and he wiped them out of the way with his sleeve. Currently he was hanging off his ladder and scrawling on the board with white chalk the information enclosed above. Then upon writing it, he placed the chalk behind his ear and slid down the ladder nimbly. He had the sleeves of his neatly pressed white dress-shirt rolled up to his elbows and some black dress pants on. His green blazer jacket hung over his chair's arm (of a chair that was entirely too big for him) and his spectacles were perched on his nose. The 4'0 man could barely look over his desk, and so he walked to the front of it and began to lean against it as he started to set up a projector and laptop off to the side. Then he walked back to the ladder, slid it over and started to climb up to reach the projector screen.

Ivan was on his way to class. He was a bit early today as he didn't have much to do. As he walk he saw a student or so what he thought was a student. Ether way Ivan walked up to a set near the middle row and about three sets back. After sitting down Ivan pulled out a book and began reading while he waited for class to start, but then Ivan remembered something. He put his book down on the table to check his pokets. "Ok, I got it," he thought to him self as he picked up his book once more, and started to read. (OoC: shitty post )

Craig walked in stiffly and sat down in the front corner desk on the professor's left side. The Obelisk Blue student then folded his hands over the desk and sat there. He didn't make any other movements, or show any sign of noticing anything else there. The now common distant look still on his face. Maybe this class would interest him and make him happy. A midget teacher didn't interest him one bit.
Craig wasn't fooled by the man's size. There were minor tell tale signs of age on the man. Craig would attribute poor genes and possibly lack of bone growth due to poor diet. And based on the teacher's current body type, Craig would assume a lesson about healthy eating came too late to help the bone growth.
And the interest was gone.

It wasn't easy being a new kid to the school, especially when classes had already started. Though it might be hard catching up on the work she missed, Jaz had heard that there hadn't been many lessons currently. That worked well for her. It meant if there happened to be any tests, she would know most of the material. Though, that thought was only vaguely on her mind.
She trudged into class, hands in her pocket, barely giving the room and the people already in it a glance. The teacher would start the class, Jaz could figure out who was in charge then. For now, she took a spot near the middle of the room, slinking down into a chair, and silently awaiting time for the lesson to start. Her hand went to rest on the deck case hanging on her hip for a short moment. Deck Construction. That's what this was about. And who knew when what she learned here would come in handy.

A rather sleepy Issy wandered into the class, barely managing to avoid yawning multiple times. She hadn’t really managed to sleep the night before too well, and so had to pay the penalties for that today, by most likely sleeping in her lesson, and on top of that probably getting into some form of trouble with the teacher, she wasn’t looking forwards to it in the slightest. She couldn’t even remember why she hadn’t been able to sleep, nightmares? No she couldn’t remember actually having any, maybe it was just one of those nights which you couldn’t get to sleep. It seemed that something like that was much more likely for her, not that she was too happy about it, she didn’t really like not sleeping, and if that had happened she must have been lying there for ages. She yawned now, unable to keep it down, and looked around the classroom, rather dazed in her mind, still not really able to figure out what was happening around her too well.
She was in class, that much was certain, she needed to take her seat now too. Was there a teacher, she couldn’t tell at the minute, though she hadn’t looked around yet too much, she could have just missed them, again the most likely situation for her. Flopping into her seat, she fought to keep her head upwards, and not just doze off. The window, she should looked out that, something might catch her attention, actually wake her up a little bit, or she hoped that something out there would be able to wake her up. Nothing, nothing to watch. She was feeling even more sleeply now, sleep. She needed sleep, and hence her head rolled forwards, resting on the top of her desk as her eyes shut. She could wake up when the class actually started, couldn’t she?

DJ shook his foot as he came in, trying to avoid tripping and keep his hurried place while his legs felt like wood. Unfortunately he had been studying a few last minute tips and trying to work his latest deck out for hours before class, and his legs had fallen asleep as he realized he was nearly late, leading to a hilarious mad clumsy dash to the classroom, hoping not for a repeat of some of the other classes he had been late for. "Ow, ow, ow... OW~!" He muttered as he hobbled to a chair, nearly falling into it before sitting down, trying to get the numbness out of his legs and giving a light sigh.
It was then that he saw the model-like professor wasn't in, which disappointed him slightly, but something equally interesting was in her place. He cooed a bit as he saw the diminutive professor, giggling to himself. Obviously he was old enough to be a teacher, and one could subtly tell so through various hints, but he still looked like a little kid. The moderately oversized clothing he wore only added to the cute effect. "Kya, the chibi professor looks so cute, I wanna take him home." He chuckled lightly, hoing no one heard that effeminate outburst. Despite appearances, he hoped this would be a productive lesson and maybe he would get some good tips to finish off his second deck as well.

"So do people usually skip this class, or is it just me? Or maybe it's because you haven't had a permanent teacher yet, hmm?" Alan commented as he pulled down the projector sheet. He did it in an odd way; making sure it was secure he actually used his weight to pull down the sheet and when his feet nimbly hit the ground, he locked it into place with a little tug. He had heard the students come into the class and immediately he realized that he wasn't going to have the biggest class in the world... what a shame.
He turned and looked at the amount of students. A collection of Ras and an Obelisk. So essentially, those who didn't need the class were here. Bloody brilliant. He sighed and brushed off his sleeve in dismay. So much potential lost. Ah well. Those who did decide to turn up would have more refinement in their education, he supposed. He bit his tongue and went to gaze at the list, before he heard the mutterings about the room and the odd looks. And he sighed at the odd Ra boy who had tripped into his seat. He looked down at the roster and the pictures and quickly chose out his appearance along with his name.
"Careful Mr. Reilty, I'd rather not have to send you to the infirmary." He said sharply. He was by far not a 'chibi professor' as the apparently gay boy claimed, but an honest and well-working individual.
"So those of you who are here, start telling a bit about yourselves. You know... names and what not." He had no intention of letting them talk amongst themselves as they waited here for class. Alan put down the roster and let a quiet smile appear on his face. "I can start if you wish. I'm Professor Alan Padmore, but you may just call me Mr. Padmore if you wish. If you're wondering about the odd accent I'm British. So now you know. I'm not a 'chibi professor' and if you must know I'm far older then any of you should be here, unless you've failed this school's classes miserably and in which case I highly suggest you take some night classes and get out into the world. Judging by how you're all Ras or higher though, I doubt it. Now then, enough about me." He pointed at the Obelisk who had a look of boredom upon his face. "We'll start with you, sir. Name and why you're here, along with any other information you wish to give, if you please."
