Books, Issy wasn’t completely a fan of them really, to her they always seemed to be too full of words, and complicated things which she didn’t like to have to read about too much. She didn’t really get the appeal which they had over some people, though there must have been something, she just couldn’t figure it out really. It would be something that other people got, and she didn’t, something clever then, it had too be. Also she didn’t really have the attention span to be able to properly read just about any book, before something else managed to catch her eye elsewhere, and she ended up trotting off to follow it for a while, and forgetting what she had been doing only moments before that.
So it came with no real surprise that she had to more or less completely force herself to actually go to the library, at the point of mentally dragging an unwilling mind. Of course she was rather upset with herself, but she needed to have a rummage around really, to see what sorts of things she could find in the library. There had to be some sorts of books about what she had went through, and if there wasn’t, well there should be.
These sorts of thoughts in her mind, Issy plodded through the door, looking around in a sort of dazed, and semi-confused state. Now what?

Kyo had his book trolley and pushed it slowly, tiredly and with zero effort. He didn't like being stuck in a dead-end job but he had to do it for the money and atleast he got to be among all the wonderful books. Kyo pushed his hairs out of his green, sparkly eyes and looked up, He saw a girl. A Young looking girl. One of the youngest looking girls he had seen in duel academy. Kyo tucked his shirt in, straightened up his tie and put on his 'work' voice; "Excuse me Miss, Is there something you are looking for? Can I help?"
Kyo smiled at the girl in front of him. He quickly placed a book back into it's right place on the shelf from the trolley and looked up at the girl again.

Issy had only been in the library for a couple of seconds, when she was spoken to. She looked up, slightly frightened, having not really expected to actually be spoken to as of yet. The boy who had spoken to her wanted to know if she needed any help. Did she need help? She didn’t know yet, and how could she properly describe just what she needed to find in the books, she couldn’t think of words to describe them, which seemed to be a small failing in her own plan. Just how could she find books when she didn’t know what she was looking for in words.
”I, err, I don’t know yet, I don’t think so.” Issy replied quietly, looking around, still in a dazed fashion. She really didn’t know at all, she hadn’t had a chance to look yet, how could she know if she needed help. ”Am I meant to need help yet?” That should clear things up for her, shouldn’t it.

"Eh?"
Kyo looked at the girl with a confused look in his green eyes. What a weird question... Maybe this girl was another one of those demented weirdos he often saw wandering the academy. Or maybe another student just here to take the piss out of him.
"Maybe? I don't know?"
How could he responded to a question like that? He let a sigh and starred at the the girl. She didn't look like the rest of those student who teased him.
"Is there anything you'd like to check out? Anything you want....help....finding?"

So no real answer for Issy right away, which sort of confused her. She had no idea whether she would need help or not, maybe she would, maybe she could just ask later, she just wasn’t very good at remembering to ask. And at the same time she didn’t want to just talk out loud about the shadows, and what had happened to her, it still gave her nightmares, and she didn’t like it at all. But with it all being in her head, there wasn’t too much she was really able to do anyway, she just wanted to see if there was some way in which she could find out about the shadows, and the darkness, and without letting anyone else know really. She just maybe should try and get on with it on her own.
”I want to look on my own.” She mumbled quietly, looking up quickly, and shuffling off behind a bookcase. There, now how did she start, how was she meant to know what too look for. Maybe she should have asked for help. A little too late now though. Pulling out a book at random, she looked at it, immediately deciding, simply on the name not to look at it. This was going to be harder than she had simply assumed.
Another book, Issy pulled on from right at the end of the self, having a rather unfortunate side effect, of pulling the next ten or so books next to it out at the same time, in a domino sort of effect. She fell back as they pelted around her, ending up sitting in a small mess of books.

Kyo let out a huge sigh as the barrage of books came falling down onto and around the girl. He had just sorted them all out. He was angered but tried not to show it in his voice.
"Please....Be more careful next time."
Kyo bent down and began picking up the books, One has been scuffed in the edge which made Kyo let out another sigh, He tried bending the scuffed edge back into place but he could see that it was only going to make it worse. Kyo had only been in the academy a while and already the place was beginning to annoy him.
"Miss, We have hundreds of thousands of books in here...."
Kyo gave up. he sighed for the third time as he finished pushing the last of the fallen books into place. He faceplamed.
"If you need help....just call me over..."
He turned around and pulled out his Shadow Magic Volume II, The second in the series of the books he was reading. He had finished the first one while he was on the mountains, where the headmaster had visited him.
He walked over to one of the desk set up in the library, pulled out the chair from beneath it and began to read his book. He had lost all hope in the academy...

Issy certainly felt quite foolish in herself for having knocked over so many books. It was even worse when the green-haired boy had come across to put them back again, just somehow she didn’t like that at all, she would much rather have been left to her own devices to put them back away again, she could easily have done that without too much trouble, it wasn’t that hard to put things away, was it?
After the books had been cleared, she looked up again, seeing the boy pick up a book with the word ‘shadow’ on it. Was that what she was looking for, did she have the courage to ask? Of course not. Hesitantly, she tried to slip over to where he was reading, trying to be able to read over his shoulder. She felt a little too embarrassed to have to ask for some reason, besides the boy was reading the book first, she should have to wait her turn. Just a shame she couldn’t nearly read as fast as the boy could.
