LV Regulator **** LIGHT/Machine/Effect -When this monster is Normal/Flip/Special Summoned, add 1 Spell card that includes "LV" in it's name from your deck or graveyard to your hand. 1900/1500
LV Circuit Spell/Field -All monsters with "LV" in it's name gains 300 ATK and DEF. If this card would be destroyed by a card effect, you can return 1 "LV" monster you control to your deck and Special Summon 1 monster from the your Graveyard to your side of the field with the same name but a lower "LV" to prevent this card from being destroyed(ignoring the Summoning conditions). During your Main Phase, you can select one "LV" monster you control and change it's leveling conditions to 1 of the following 2 effects until your next Standby Phase: 1) During the End Phase of a turn that this card destroyed a monster by battle. 2) During your Standby Phase.
LV Boost Spell/Normal -Return 1 "LV" monster from your hand to the bottom of your deck. Draw 2 cards.
Danger! LV Overload! Spell/Equip -Special Summon 1 "LV" monster from your Graveyard to your side of the field(ignoring summoning conditions). The selected monster is treated as being Special Summon by it's downgraded form. During the End Phase of this turn, the player who activated this card takes damage equal to the original ATK of the Special Summoned monster. (Will update as time progresses)

My suggestion to you is to add either one of the two bolded details to this card before Shizuma comes through to look at it.

Thx for the suggestion, even though it took me a month to act upon it.
