Constructive criticism that is about this deck Was thinking of making a Cloudian deck and came up with this so far: Monsters (21): Cloudian -Acid Cloud (x3) Cloudian- Altus (x3) Cloudian- Cirrostratus (x3) Cloudian- Ghost Fog (x3) Cloudian- Eye of the Typhoon (x1) Mobius the Frost Monarch (x1) White Night Dragon (x2) Blackwing- Gale of the Whirlwind (x1) Krebons (x1) Spell Striker (x1) Marshmallon (x1) Magic (13): The Sanctuary in the Sky (x3) Terraforming (x1) Fog Control (x1) Brain Control (x1) Heavy Storm (x1) Lightning Vortex (x1) Summon Cloud (x1) Salvage (x1) Enemy Controller (x1) Cloud Squall (x2) Traps (6): Gravity Bind (x1) Torrential Tribute (x1) Mirror Force (x1) Sakuretsu Armor (x1) Solemn Judgment (x1) Royal Decree (x1) Extra: Blackwing Armored Wing (x1) Blackwing Armor Master (x1) Stardust Dragon (x2) Thought Fiend Archfiend (x1) Red Dragon Archfiend (x1) Goyo Guardian (x1) Ally of the Justice Creator (x1) Black Rose Dragon (x1) Main theme is to do as much damage using cloud counters as possible and drain their LP slowly but surely, exploiting monsters that can't be destroyed in battle, though the field spell ensures I don't take battle damage...at this point its decent, but I know some cards are just unnecessary, probably like eye of typhoon since something that much attack wouldn't likely be destroyed in battle... Thanks in advance! ;D

As someone who simply loves their Cloudians Iv'e really only got one piece of advice, try and throw some DBs in there or an extra few SJs, you'll find Cloudians normally get ripped up by effects rather than battle and without enough to counter that you find yourself inbetween a rock and a hard place. If you're looking for something to get rid of as intresting as Cloud Fog is i'd rely more on Cloudian Squall for fog tokens, overall it pretty much trumps it everytime.
Just my opinion though, It'll be intresting to see how this works out.

Thanks! DBs= SJs= otherwise yeah i might take one or two fogs, since even though they saved me a couple of times, there were more times in which they were useless, i had just liked being able to add the counters at any card for a quick effect or two. Might run My Body as A Shield, though LP might become an issue if i don't draw my field spell as quickly as possible

Major issue as well, without Sanctuary you're sort of screwed. Spirit Barrier works too but clogging yourself up can become an issue with Squall and Royal Decree blocks that anyway.
BTW
DB = Dark Bribe SJ = Solemn Judgement
Srry, should have typed them out fully, , *is lazy*

Just my opinion though, It'll be intresting to see how this works out. SJ's even though they're limited to 1? DB's for +1s even though you have very little field presence to protect? If they're using card effects to get rid of your Cloudians, then they're trading 1 for 1s at best, and in the mean time, you probably are still winning the field battle war. If you're overextending and setting yourself for mass removal, then it's your own fault, and using bribes and solemns is not going to help. Solemn is a card that bad players use defensively and good players use offensively. The only reason why you should run bribes is if you <a> gain considerably from negating spells/traps (e.g. with counter fairies and Bountiful Artemis) or <b> you are protecting yourself from potentially giant losses in the form of -2 and -3s and so forth (e.g. macro decks). The only thing here is that your card picks seem, to me, to be some arbitrary, and the deck lacks a distinct focus. Cloudians, as a whole, are a deck that require fog counters for their win conditions. Tossing in a Mobius isn't too bad of an idea, because it can be decent S/T removal in a pinch, but he's not a 'great' card by any means. The use of White Night Dragon is really puzzling, especially since you run tuners. If you run tuners, you're aiming at using synchro monsters for your big beaters. Running a slow, two tribute monster just to try to get a beatstick onto the field is counterproductive. You're better off in the long run distributing more fog counters. Ghost Fog is a slow, generally bad card. With it, you're basically depending on Sanctuary in the Sky and the hope that you'll have several turns after just to not get massacred. It's not a very viable card. You can always distribute counters other ways. Drop Sakuretsu Armor. It's too situational of a 1 for 1 removal and there's too much stuff that can negate destruction. Run D-Prisons as it's simply a better card. A card like Salvage is great. I would run 2 of them simply because it's one of the few instant +1's in the game.

Being a person who's very familiar with Cloudians, you really only have 2 ways of running them. And those two ways are Control and Burn (the least recommended of the two.) From the looks of things, you're trying to swing for a Control Build. In which case, you should take out the following Monsters:
-1 Cloudian - Eye of the Typhoon -1 Mobius the Frost Monarch -2 White Night Dragon -1 Spell Striker
These cards are meant for more of an Aggro Build and that's not quite what Cloudians are used for. Most of the time, you're either swarming the field while keeping their field / hand in check or you're stalling for time anyways. Gravity Bind stops all of those monsters (with the exception of Spell Striker), so using them probably wouldn't be the wisest thing. Instead, if you're swinging for control, the monsters to use would be:
+3 Cloudian - Storm Dragon +2 Mother Grizzly / +2 Zeradias, Herald of Heaven
Storm Dragon supplies counters for your other Cloudians AND it's Special Summonable. Being a Semi-Nomi, you can also bring it back from the GY after it dies. Now, the other two cards are really your choice. Mother Grizzly searches out ANY of your Cloudians while Zeradias gives you an Attack/Searching option while you have Sanctuary of the Sky on the field or not.
Looking at your Spells, it looks to be alright to say the least, though Enemy Controller isn't quite necessary for this deck. Summon Cloud is also a rather "meh" card. So, I'd probably do things like this:
-1 Summon Cloud -1 Enemy Controller
+1 Fog Control +1 Cloudian Squall
Since those two cards are the only way to get Fog Counters other than Normal Summoning or through Storm Dragon, you'd probably need more to re-use your Cloudian effects.
Now then, in the Traps Department:
-1 Gravity Bind -1 Torrential Tribute -1 Sakuretsu Armor -1 Royal Decree
Gravity Bind stops your Monsters from attacking as well, so I wouldn't use it just for it to end up getting destroyed by your opponent or Acid Cloud later. Torrential Tribute is a danger to any Fog Counters / Cloudians accumulated on the field. It's a lot easier just to control with your Cloudians in the first place. Sakuretsu is a "meh" option to use as defense. Royal Decree can kill you as well as help you in major situations, so I wouldn't use it in a deck that uses as many Traps as this one. To replace them I'd use:
+2 Limit Reverse +2 Dark Bribe
Limit Reverse is a way for you to recycle your Cloudians for later use, since it can bring back all of them except for Ghost Fog and Atlus. Dark Bribe is... Dark Bribe. There really is no other way to explain it.
Anyways, those are my edits off of the top of my head. If I think of anything else or if you have anything to say to the edits, I will address them and consider your words.

I personally prefer Zeridas, Herald of Heaven over Terraforming. Mostly an aesthetic choice, but also because it's not a completely dead card in your hand when you already have Sanctuary in the Sky already out.
