Duncan, having been bored for almost a week had taken a trip to the Shadow Realm. His charming little prison, one set up by the Jaw itself. So far, two prisoners occupied his prison. The former Headmistress Force, a failure and first victim. Than there was Issy Kentra, the stupid Ra girl who had taken his bait so easily. Both of them were immobilized with cord, and silenced with a ball of cloth in their mouths, and a piece of sweet, silver duct tape over their lips.
The only exception to this pattern was Xenneth Hikari. He was inside of a standard cell. But rather than being bound by cords, he was bound by shackles. His ankles shackled together, and his hands together, in front of him. And unlike the girls, his lips were free. Even though this seems like discrimination or sexism, he let his lips be free out of hate. He had a special kind of hatred for Xenneth, and he wanted to hear every word, every plead, every cry, and every scream of fear and anguish he could offer.
He would make Headmistress Force watch as he was going to torture his second victim, one of the students she FAILED to protect. Issy was in the cell across from ex-Headmistress Force's, her ankles and wrists tied to one another by high quality cord. Even though the duel was unsatisfactory, her reactions were grand. Add that puny boy to the mix, and it was a hell of a night.
Part of the torture process was to use the shadows to probe the minds of his victims and gain their fears. The fears of Issy were quite hilarious. Bugs, Neo-Spacians turning against her and being tortured. This was going to make up for her poor dueling indeed. Before he would arrive into the massive cell block, the shadows had manifested themselves into an army of slimy, and freakish bugs. Entering through the various cracks in the walls, cracks too small for one to see through, hundreds of thousands of insects entered. They had charged towards Issy's cell, towards Issy.
Even though Duncan wanted to torture her himself, he had relay of the fears. Since this specific fear was hilarious by nature, he was going to take his time. This disgusting freak was going to let the bugs torment the weak bitch. There was no way out of his cells. The bars would not open, and the victims would just awaken in the cells. Heavily barred, and their restraints didn't help them at all. Oh well, they won't need to worry about going hungry or thirsty. This would be a fun, yet easy job for Duncan.

Barely conscious, Issy still knew she was in trouble. Black was everywhere, the last thing she could remember, god she couldn’t remember the last thing that had happened. A giant black shadow, something, where was she! She was scared of the answer, and somehow tied up, gagged. She felt damp from her own tears, something really was wrong, she shouldn’t be here, that boy, the one who had sent her here, where was he? Why had he done such a thing? She needed answers, and needed them pretty quickly, fear was busy in her mind for the whole duration of the time. She couldn’t move, hell she could only barely see, and that only came to the occasional flickering shadow of sorts, or something else which might resemble a figure.
Wait, something was moving, somewhere, she could sense, it. She squinted her eyes, was someone coming to rescue her? She hoped so. NO! What was it, bugs, lots of them, swarming towards her. Violently, running on pure fear alone, she began thrashing around the cell, though only tiring herself out more, and barely moving at all in reality. She was just too weak at the minute, she didn’t have the strength to keep up, she was just too weak to fight.

The bugs had swarmed into her cell, the army crawling right up her. There slime had started to cover her, slowly the disgusting bile had covered her body. And more and more bugs kept coming, in seemingly limitless numbers. Then the bugs started to bite into her flesh, a few at first but many eventually. Than the unthinkable, they had started to burrow into her body. And she was helpless to stop them.

The bugs, they where everywhere, over her, clawing around. Issy was screaming her head off into the piece of tape around her mouth, unable to make much of a sound, in complete panic, and still squirming frantically, rolling over several times in an effort to free herself. She felt tired, sleepy, like she should just roll up and fall to sleep, and let whatever was going to happen happen.
No.
She had to fight, she could feel biting now as well, as she was coated more and more in bugs, them biting, encasing her. Wait, no, they where. More screams bounced off the tape, as she felt something moving under her skin, panic fired up in her eyes, and the rolling became more frantic, as she was more and more desperate to escape.

Duncan had entered the dungeon, his form being that of the Jack of Shadows. As soon as the footsteps rang, the bugs that were approaching had retreated, but the bugs burrowing into Issy were still on and in her. As he turned towards the girl's cell, he had grinned sadistically. The screams bouncing off the tape and her fruitless struggles to him were hilarious. He spent five minutes cackling demonically, while bugs were on and inside of her.
Finally, he had spoken "Sorry, is my presence . . . BUGGING YOU!" As he cackled loudly and sadistically, the bugs had evaporated into shadows, and the bugs crawling inside of her were suddenly not there. The bile, bites and burrowing areas were all gone, as if they had never existed. In reality, it was a complex shadow illusion, but it would be burned into her memory. The real torture was about to begin, he pulled a mole out of a messenger bag, its drill lined collar was shattered, and it was badly beaten.

She was screaming, more and more as the bugs approached. She wanted to fight, but couldn’t move anymore, her body had just quit, there was no point in trying to fight anymore really, well her body seemed to have decided, so she was now just lying there, screaming helplessly into the tape, and crying frantically, she just wanted it all to end, even if she died, it was just too much for her, she was ready to give up, the bugs crawling around all over her, and inside her, causing so much pain she could hardly keep herself conscious.
Then they all vanished, completely gone, like they had never been there, nothing had been there, like all was better, aside from the deep darkness, and that boy! He was there, mocking her, and pulling out a mole, like Grand Mole, no, what was he planning? She didn’t understand, was this not painful enough for her? She was too weak to do anything anyway, just not strong enough.

Duncan, grinning like the madman he was lifted the mole into the air and dropped him. Before Grand Mole could hit the floor, Duncan punted it mid drop, it smacked hard against the wall. The mole had whimpered, its source of power cut off. Without its drill collar, it couldn't do anything about these hard floors. Cackling as it smacked against the pitch black stone walls,
Duncan then pulled out a baseball bat. Grabbing the mole, he had forcefully loaded it inside of a baseball launcher. It had cried out and whimpered in pain, looking at Issy for help. It struggled against the machine, but no matter how hard it tried, it wouldn't work out. Duncan had manically shouted "Mole Baseball!" He then got into a batter's position, and had said the words "Fire in the Hole!"
The machine than fired the scared and helpless mole from the machine. Duncan took a hard swing, causing it to fly and hit the stone ceiling. Its broken and injured body fell in front of Issy's cell. It had struggled and cried out towards the helpless Issy. Duncan than gave it a final punt, causing it to fly out of the door. "I guess he couldn't dig the fun, eh?" He than cackled, the psycho at home asked, "Was that as good for you as it was for me?"

Issy burst into tears again over the boys brutal display, lying on the ground miserably, and looking pitifully on, unable to do anything but watch. She was terrified, she wanted to go home, god she wanted to go home, just be allowed to leave, or die even, anything else. The Mole was slammed against the wall behind her, and she looked on weakly, trying to just hide away.
Tears hammered into the ground, forming a puddle around her, Issy herself feeling rather damp with them, it was all too much for her, she couldn’t take it anymore, she just couldn’t.

Duncan, clearly seeing that she couldn't take anymore had cackled. The puddle of tears meant that it was working. "You look damp, I think you might need something to help you dry off and warm you up." He then pulled out a box of matches, and a cage lantern that was empty. "Oh wait, I forgot to load up the lantern." He than pulled out what seemed to be parts of her Neo Spacian deck, all of the Chrysalis monsters, and had splashed them with lantern oil. "This ought to produce a good fire." He then revealed each card as he loaded them into the lantern, than struck a match, lighting it. He then opened a portal, the lantern dangling out of her reach, but enough to warm her. "Stay dry!" he said mockingly, as he left the cell block.

Issy whimpered slightly, shaking a little bit, and watching through her tears, unable to properly believe what was happened, the lantern, with her deck, she was sure it was her deck. What kind of cruel person could do this to her? She just didn’t get it, why was this happening to her. She lay still, with the boy gone, did that mean the bugs where back, she couldn’t see them, though she wasn’t too sure, she hoped they wouldn’t be back anyway.
She needed a way out, she knew that, but she couldn’t get near the lantern, not that she could do much if she made it, she was really and truly stuck, until someone else was able to free her, someone else had to find a way, they just had too.
