Amaya sighed nervously as she waiting in the arena. First class and she already got homework, and it's dueling against someone from another dorm. While she did work up the courage to ask someone for a duel, it's still quite intimidating to be dueling someone with a higher rank.
She put her deck into her disc as she waited. Today, Amaya is using her secondary deck since she is annoyed with her dueling spirit, so she won't use the deck that he is in. Taking a few breaths to calm herself down, she glanced at the time as she continues to wait for her opponent.

A Class Game...
These were the words that rounded Alfonse mind, he was asked to duel a Slifer student for homework, he questioned himself that method, specially if this person landed on someone not as friendly, he flicked his finger on his left gaunlent, the dim sound indicated the space inside was occupied, by discard he could tell the deck he was in, by the time he could sightsee the arena and his opponent, she seemed nervous, it was better not to shake her up even more, so he'd rather do nothing fishy, rather than introduced himself as soon as his feet were standing at the other side of the Arena
"Greetings, my name is Alfonse Shain, i am your today's opponent, please proceed with your preference", he explained while turning on his duel disk and sliding his feet a little, with a confident, yet friendly smile on his face

Amaya nodded meekly towards her opponent and said, "Amaya Sagisawa, pleased to meet you." As she drew her initial hand, she asked, "Is it all right if I go first?" Since her opponent didn't object, she drew her 6th card and activated the Field Spell, Zombie World. The field then turned into a creepy setting as she summoned Mezuki to the field before ending.
((We are rp'ing a yvd duel, and since there is already a result at the time of posting, will refrain from the LP/Field thing))

"No issues on that"
As an oppening play his opponent played a Field Spell card, much to his annoyiance, one that forbids him for his preferencial plays, he drew his next card, to sum out for 6, he oppened with a Spell Card, "Go, Charge of the Light Brigade", he said while placing the card on the field, Immortal Bushi, Light of Redemption and Disciple of Raigeki went straight the graveyard, he fanned up his deck, searching straight for Ehren, Lightsworn Monk, and after placing it onto the Duel System, it was shuffled automatically, he then placed a monster onto the field, "I summon Jain, Lightsworn Paladin", he announced, as the holy knight appeared onto the field, blazoning with several slashes of his sword, but afterwise, its skin quickly rot, turning into an undead, Alfonse made a little hiss in annoyinance to the field, "Battle, Lightsworn Paladin, Heaven Slash!", Jain rushed onto the oposing undead monster, slicing it apparet with a thunderbolt effect on the side, "With that move, i end my turn", Jain shone, as Honest and Solidariy were sacrificed

Amaya drew her next card, trying to not let the loss of Mezuki get to her too much. Drawing her next card, she activated the spell card, Fissure. The ground underneath Jain opened up and swallowed the monster in. Then, she activated Book of Life, removing Honest from play and Special Summoning Mezuki to the field. Next, she summoned her own Honest to the field. The fairy-type monster hit the field, and is immediately zombie-fied. Both monsters declared a direct attack and she bounced Honest back to her hand with its effect and ended by setting another card in the M/T zone.

Alfonse just recieved 2 direct attacks and lost an Honest, wasn't such a smooth start, yet what was really bugging him that his opponent PLAYED Honest, he'd rather not meditate it alot and just keep going, "Draw", he pulled his next card, and played a spell from his hand, "I activate Heavy Storm!", he yelled as winds started to whip up, suddenly a coin flew through the arena, as soon as Alfonse catched it, the winds ceased, "Wait W-", he examined his opponent's field: Dark Bribe, the coin dissapeared and Alfonse proceeded to draw a card, "I'll set this monster, turn End", he stood upright after placing one of his monsters facedown

As she drew her next card, Amaya wondered what her opponent thought of her deck actually having a Honest. Well, this deck is a gimmick deck, after all, and she wouldn't be surprised if people think that this deck is random. She then summoned the card, Paladin of Cursed Dragon to the field. As the solder mounted on a zombie dragon appears, she declared an attack with her Paladin on the face-down monster, which was D.D. Warrior Lady. She started to panic a little when she saw both monsters removed from play, but then remembered that Mezuki is still on the field. After a direct attack from Mezuki, she ended.

The duel was running fast, Alfonse's LP were drained down to 3500, however, this duel wasn't meant just to make her pass her class, "Draw!", he exclaimed while picking his next card, if he could remember well, he alredy had one of these guys in the graveyard, so it was his next pick, "I summon Disciple of Raigeki, Attack mode!", he said as a renegade looking warrior holding a jar appeared on the field, but as soon as it happened, it quickly became an undead monster, from the jar he holds, a strange, black fume poured out, signaling EARTH affinity, "Battle, Disciple of Raigeki, Element Thunderbolt!", he exclaimed, the monster pulled his sword high in the sky as a black lightingbolt smited the opposing monster without even touching it, "I end here", he declared

Now, it's probably time to panic. Her monster was just destroyed and she doesn't have a monster that has a higher attack than his monster, which puts her at a huge advantage, especially since Pyramid Turtle is an EARTH monster also. Her next draw made her smile a little though, as she activated it, Fissure. The ground opened up again and swallowed the monster. Next up, she summoned Goblin Zombie. As the small zombie hits the field, she said, "Now, Goblin Zombie, direct attack."
The zombie then swung his sword at her opponent, and causing another Disciple to be discarded to the Graveyard. She then ended her turn, since she can't do anything else.

....And he kept taking hits, Alfonse started to wonder how the hell Fissure was not longer frowned upon, and his 3rd disciple was dupped as well, not really a setback, "Draw!", he pulled out his next card and followed up with a monster, "I summon Ehren, Lightsworn Monk!", he said as a shining warrior appeared, swinging her rod across the field, however, her movements suddenly became sloppy because of the undead process, "Battle, Ehren, bust that Goblin Zombie!", he exclaimed, Ehren dully obeyed and struck down the monster with a single smack, the effect of the Goblin allowed her to search for Plaguespreader Zombie, tuners were never good news, "I declare end", he said, Charge of the Light Brigade, Jain and Beckoning Light were sacrificed for Ehren

With Plaguespreader in her hand, Amaya is now a bit more confident, but just a tad though. When she drew her next card, she activated Mezuki's effect. The horse-faced monster appeared briefly on the field, and Goblin Zombie took its place. After that, she summoned Plaguespreader Zombie to the field. "Now, synchro summon, show yourself, Goyo Guardian."
In a bright flash, both of her monsters disappeared and in its place is a now-zombied warrior boasting an impressive 2800 ATK. Goyo Guardian moved in the the attack, and used its chain to ensnare the opponent's monster and drag it to her side of the field. As she ended her turn, Ehren's effect kicked in and she sent 3 cards from the top of her deck to the graveyard.
((The three cards sent were not important in the slightest to the duel, so will just be lazy and not mention them.))

And yet we are downhill, things weren't going better, Alfonse drew his next card, he actually could take Goyou out, but it would have its cost, starting for his first summon, "I'll summon Freed, the Brave Wandered, Attack Mode!", he exclaimed, as the paladin, which quickly turned zombie, appeared, afterwise, he removed 2 monsters from his graveyard, "By purging Jain and Jain, i can destroy a monster whose attack is bigger than Freed's!", he exclaimed, the zombie moved his hand from below his cape, calling on some strange light which appeared over Goyou Guardian, slowly dragging it into nothingness, without losing time, he yelled "Battle! Freed, give Ehren a worthy burial!", he exclaimed, in a flash, the soldier sliced up the Lightsworn, taking her back to his graveyard
"With that, im done"
((Cards milled by Ehren last turn: Paladin of the Cursed Dragon, Terramorphing, Il Blud))

((Ah, thanks for that.))
Amaya's first thoughts were that a zombied Freed was quite intimidating, almost as much as dueling a complete stranger. She drew her next card, hoping to get something that she can use, especially since she had just now remembered that she had forgotten to use Goblin Zombie's effect last turn when she used him for a synchro summon. She didn't get it though, and she just opted to set a monster and a card in the M/T zone ended her turn.

At least a relief, it was make or break, "Draw!", he chanted, playing the card he just drew, "I'll activate Charge of the Light Brigade", once again 3 cards were discarded, 2 Kuraz and Ehren were discarded, he searched his deck for the last Lightsworn he could hold off and afterwards shuffled, still the facedown card was creeping him out for now, "I'll shift Freed to defense and summon Ehren, Lightsworn Monk!", he said as his paladin stepped back and Ehren, once again zombified, took the field by storm, "Ehren, attack, Lightsworn Kick!", he said as Ehren leaped in the air, with a huge leap kick that missed its target, but send the face down card out of orbit, "I'll set a card and you are it", he said, Ehren shone, Call of the Haunted, Solidarity and Honest flushed away
"Perfect!"

Amaya got a feeling that this is going to be the turning point of the duel, as she drew her next card. Now, she discarded Marionette Mite and the monster crept up to zombie Freed and took control of that monster. "I will then tribute Freed for Il Blud" Freed left the field as soon as it got to her side of the field and out came an even more freaky looking monster. As Il Blud moved in for the attack on Ehren, her opponent chained Beckoning Light and Il Blud got blasted back with Honest's effect. She then ended her turn since she ran out of cards in her hand.
