Alex looked up as a boy entered the room, peering past Issy to look at his face, he looked like a nice enough guy, definatly now the oldest person in the room.
"Hi ... I'm Alex, and this is Issy, whats your name?" Alex asked, nodding politely in his direction as he took up from where Issy had trailed off.
"We're ... just talking really, so there isn't really much to cut in to at all" he said slightly bashfully.

"Hey there Alex, I am Robert. And hello again Issy, how are you doing?" he asked calmly. He was indeed the oldest, but only by months. "So, you two playing Spin the Bottle?" he asked, noticing the bottle in his hand. Even though he spent his days working and studying, he has heard about this game. One time, someone offered him a chance to play. The person told him the rules, but he decided not to, as he was going to apply for a convenience store. Funny thing, that was the same place where he got shot in the shoulder by that psycho. Luckily the Flying Wall of Death at the counter, crushed his hand, and he dropped the gun.

Robert, that was the name, Issy only remembering as Robert said it. Yeah, she could remember properly now, she had the name in her head. ”Hi.” She said brightly, and smiling happily to herself. He wanted to join in, yet they hadn’t really started yet. That must mean it would be OK, right, nothing had been done yet, so he could.
”I suppose so, we haven’t really done anything yet, just talking, and stuff like that, nothing else.”, and with that she was quiet again, falling back into her own thoughts again.

"That is true Issy." he said calmly. He was glad to see someone he knew, maybe this would lift the burden of this day. Today was tough for him indeed, making an enemy was a painful thing for him. Though he knew he couldn't avoid it, he still didn't like it at all. He then shook Alexander's hand "Nice to meet you Alexander"

Alex stood up and shook his hand.
"Nice to meet you to, but please call me Alex, only my mum calls me Alexander" he said cringing slightly, and now more embarrassed then before, his ears flushing red again, great! now he was embarrassing himself.
"and what's your name?"

There was nothing for Issy to say at the minute, as the two boys where talking for a second, which left her out, and meant she would be able to be silent, and more interestingly, she would be able to think about things for a couple of seconds, and properly, and properly try to work them out. She didn’t even know what she was thinking about in the first place anyway though, maybe, what she was meant to do at this time. Start talking again? Or something else, probably something else, just she couldn’t work it out at the minute. That said if she couldn’t work out what she was meant to be doing, did that mean that it didn’t really matter that much, and she wouldn’t need to worry about it, hopefully so, else she would look rather odd just standing there, on her own, well not completely on her own, but not really doing anything. Nothing at all. And with that she wretched herself back out of her own mind, into proper reality, trying to figure out what she had managed to miss, and what was about to happen, though really she couldn’t think about it too well.

"Very good then, I'll call you Alex" he said calmly. When the boy had asked him his name again, he didn't seem offended or annoyed. Maybe he didn't hear him the first time. Whatever the case, he was willing to tell him the name again. "I'm Robert Zanrou, but you can call me what you wish." he said in a calm, yet kind tone.

That‘s what it took to drown out reality as all, a standard procedure for the young purpled haired nurse as his wondrous blue orbs that would stare into space was lost onto a sheet of paper as he had let his hand freely stroke as if it was creating art. School notes were anything but that however, but yet, he retained a calm peaceful smile while jotting down notes for his Dueling Classes that associated with anything that was Duel Monsters. It was a tiresome task, but dedicated to it he was seeing that which was relative to Duel Monsters was relative to his school work and success to graduate as a Medicine Doctor in general.
Reality was quiet for now; inaudible because of the noise that seemed to beat in his ears. There were no lyrics, but all the more to concentrate with the words that had come across his paper rather than those he would hear from a song. That‘s because he was dedicated, but even so, he found himself hesitating time and time again. His eyes looking towards the majestic appearance of Mesmere who referred to the card game as nothing more than a “Children‘s game“ was an image fresh in mind, and just as his head dropped then, it dropped now.
His eyes filled slightly with some sadness, his right hand stopped moving, and reality seemed louder than the music that played on his violet shaded headphones that coveted his ears drowning out all sounds but the mental voices in his head. Her lips moving was enough, there need be no words to remind him what she said since he could easily imagine the words coming from her mouth once more. It was a hard feeling to overcome, so in the end, he stopped fighting it, reached his left hand to the small rectangular form that ran from his headphones, pressed a single button and pocked his pen into his pocket of his open white jacket.
Reality was fairly loud once again. It had been night time already since Xenneth had come in early prior to studies. His eyes could easily see the lunar light dancing along the silver rim edges of his window while his night lamp had sat upon his desk shining upon the incomplete text he had stopped upon. With a reach of his hand once more to his desk, he had pulled from the shade of the darkness behind his lamp his bulky white cap with it‘s short lid and bubbled form. He had nestled it upon his head letting it sit and partially shade his eyes giving him that stylish appearance of a young cute boy, even though some would disagree to say “cute girl.”
Those words bother him so, “Children‘s game.” So much that he had stood up and decided it would not hurt to leave his room and go to the lounge of the Ra Yellow dorm where he could perhaps relieve his mind.
He had exited his room, heading down the darkened halls of the Ra Yellow dorms and the far ends where some of the honor students, like himself, were confined for studies in their private rooms. It had been a while since he left his room for reasons other than those of trying to find something to eat or for class, but it was one of those long and restless nights that he was not tired, and his mind remained to be raging like a sea. He needed to bring it peace before he would lie down and call it a night, and if not to do that, then return upon being nourished and ease his mind‘s quest for knowledge.
It was constant, his conquest to try to gain some individuality and less dependence on others such as fellow dorm mates. He was yet to ask them of anything, even to speak to him, and with good reason seeing High School was not kind with memories because of it‘s social faults, and Duel Academy seem no different causing him to keep quite the distance. His right hand reaching to fumble his pen from his jacket pocked to his shirt pocket upon his chest that was beneath his open yellow blazer with it‘s inverted colors that was mostly preferred for the Red or Blue blazers, he had continued down the hall with his hands falling to his side trying to walk as if he had no care in the world.
It was nice to pretend, very nice feelings and all indeed.
Reaching the lounge, virtually ignoring all that were walking past him in the hall heading for their rooms into the night except for the three young students that seemed to meet near a table surrounding a peculiar empty bottle, Xenneth himself had taken out a bit of loose change that chimed upon his fingers juggling them into his palm and reaching out the minor amount of Yen trying to think of what was not too fatty or unhealthy to eat.
Sugar was his friends, but also his worst enemy as an aspiring medic. His eyes seemed to take their time scanning, and even more with seconds thoughts as he rethought it over each time.
“I wonder…” he had begun to speak in his gentle voice, “…which would taste good.”
Some brands unfamiliar, some bitter to memory, he had the hardest choice upon deciding. This would clearly take a while.

Alex looked up as yet another person entered the Common Room, it was starting to get a little crowded in here ... well okay maybe not but it was beginning to feel like it. He cocked his head to one side, thinking, mental arithmetic wasn't his thing at all.
"How many people do you need to play Spin the Bottle Robert" he asked curiously, his head still cocked to one side.

Robert, turning to Alex said "I believe it is a minimum of four." Looking over at the new person, he said "Hello there, I am Robert Zanrou. May I ask you for you name?" He was saying this in a kind, yet calm tone. Though one would assume this was a tomboyish girl, he had known plenty of people in London. And dudes who looked like chicks were one of them. Usually by name he could tell what gender they were.

Xenneth’s head was between two things, the voice he just heard and the fact that right now he needed some source of nutrition to calm his stomach. Just as quickly as he had taken out the Yen coins, he had slid them back into his pocket out of some self-conscious feeling upon hearing the voice. People were not friendly unless they wanted something, and he did not feel like letting anyone “borrow” not the slightest piece of metal change from his pockets. Call it some sort of shaded “paranoia” but it was actually the wall within his life’s hardship that kept him from seeking his true desire that was hidden.
This person’s appearance was not very pleasant somehow. Even if he had come off with the most sincere of greeting, it had to be for some reason, but then again, who was to say it was for Xenneth?
“You‘re talking to…” his voice low and quaint as usual as he looked around him, behind him and then back to the presence before him, “…me.” his statement changing from a question realizing just how much of a dunce he would sound seeing there was not anyone around him that else could be referred to. He was a ghost, this person before him was a ghost, but now they saw eye to eye on the terms of his existence needed for the moment, but what was coming of that moment: a favor, a tool, or perhaps a casual greeting?
One way to find out…
“Umm…it‘s Hikari.” He introduced his last name formally for the reference. He doubted whatever the young woman wanted was not of a big deal, maybe he just wanted Xenneth’s attention for directions and then he would let the boy be on his way. Either way, he did not get his hopes up for some kind of pleasantry to sprout and blossom into a friendship; speaking of which, he should properly get this over with.
“Excuse me,” his voice chimed, “…but for you to ask, is there something I can help you with?” he had requested thinking it was something minor for the moment before he would return to his quarters.

Another person had walked into the common room while Issy had been deep in her own thoughts, a girl, who looked like she was quite lost in her own thoughts, like Issy had been. She smiled slightly at the newcomer, sort of happy to see another person, though she didn’t have any idea who they where, maybe there where in a couple of her classes, she thought that they where, though wasn’t 100% sure of that, she had a pretty good idea she was, maybe one of the quiet ones in the corner who she didn’t pay much attention to.
The boys had been talking about spin the bottle more, and how many where needed to play. Issy was trying to wrack her brain about it, she couldn’t quite remember, even though she had thought she could, she would need to ask how to play. Or better yet, not ask, and pray someone else was picked first, so she could try and pick it up quickly enough.
Robert had already asked the girl for her name, ‘Hikari’ it didn’t ring many bells in her mind, still they needed four people to play, so, ”Wanna play?” She asked, mustering up as much of a voice as she could, still not making it that loud.

A turn of his head and his deep blue eyes had been shaded by his cap’s lid. The right eye only getting a slight glimmer in the light with a shine life sapphire as his head tilted to the left. His heart shaped tattoo on that very cheek had shown in all it’s red tint at first seeming like a blush with the way he had his cap down, but it was quite clear among his bright baby like face the moment his cheek moved as he replied to the young woman he sat sights on.
“Umm…p-play?” he had piped, “Play what exactly?”
He was slightly confused, disoriented. He expected a quick favor and leave, but it seemed like they had an intention for some kind of game. Usually when it came to games, it did not go well. Xenenth was not exactly the strongest duelist in the world, or close to being one seeing he could not make it in Obelisk Blue because of his lack of will. His current rank was actually based upon knowledge and not skill. His eyes sweeping to the young man and then to the young woman once more. Three of them it seemed to be familiar with one another or else the young woman would not have spoke after the man.
It was clear these three must have been a group of friends, something Xenneth was not too good with seeing as three was a “crowd” after all. His head tilted lowly as he shaded his eyes once more, showing an unsure expression he seemed to let his eyes sweep towards the dark hall from whence he came. If he could break away and run, he would, but he was not that kind of person to be so rude, but the impulses were always strong when it came to people.
He was quiet before letting his attention go back to them to hear them out. Maybe what they wanted him to “play” was not as bad as he was imagining. His paranoia could be wrong; could be right, but then again, it could be wrong.

"Spin the Bottle" Alex said simply, pointing at the bottle in Issy's hand,
"We need 4 people, 2 of them girls, there's Me and Rob, the guys, so you and Issy can be the girls if you want to, Hikari, although Rob is the only one who knows the rules properly" Alex said, twiddling his thumbs innocently, looking at each face in turn as he pointed them out to Hikari.

Issy held up the bottle to the girl happily, ”You can join in.” She said happily, in a rather simple manner. Not that she considered whether or not Hikari would actually want to play, who didn’t really want to play anyway, it was good fun. With that she made to grab on of her hands, pulling her into the centre of the room, still smiling in her normal way, and more or less completely unaware of what the actual rules of Spin the bottle where, and what she was going to end up having to do. Nothing like that was even that likely to properly worry her really, she didn’t think on it too much, or didn’t know, and would find out, and even then she didn’t think she would care that much, she would be happy to go along with it. It would be a laugh anyway, most games where a laugh.
Sitting herself down, and place in the bottle on the ground, she fell into a silent state. Now she would wait for everyone else, having managed to get ahead herself, still without courage to ask the rules.
