Kay. Its horrible. This is what happens when I build decks from scratch. But...be as critical as possible. First a few things.
1) I made it a Synchro/Ancient Rules deck. 2) Calculator/Montage dragon are in their for very obvious reasons 3) I need more ways to get them to the field 4) maybe some lifepoint gain to make up for the Mausoleum?
Anyway, have fun with it.

Well, first things first, this deck is TOO slow. With all of the Level 8 Monsters, Trade-In is a MUST.
Along with that, this deck needs to see some Graveyard tactics besides Decoy (which should be taken out). Call of the Haunted would be nice along with Birthrights. Dark Factory of Mass Production will definitely make Montage more usable along with Summoner's Arts.
Cut of the Calc. There really isn't much of a point.
White Stone is meh. If you want to go for Synchro, you might as well use Magna Drago and go for Trident Dragion. Thus, take out both, add a Magna and use the free space to add some other useful Dragon. Probably LV 8. Or another Luster Dragon for those LV 8 Synchros.
Cut out Serpent Night for another Tri-Horned. Srsly. < < And even those Red-Eyes won't be useful if you're using Magna Drago. So cut those out for another Blue-Eyes and a 3rd Tri-Horned.
Mausoleum is a waste of LP a lot of the time with all of the Monster Removal.
Trap Stun > Royal Decree. You don't want to stop your Mirror Force or your Torrential from going off. Besides, Trap Stun only works once, but for that time that it works, it's effective.

Okay, after some of Cirno's edits (Thanks) and some of my own, this is what I've come up with.
Monsters:
3 Montage Dragon 3 Blue-Eyes White Dragon 2 Tri-Horned Dragon 2 Seiyaryu 2 Luster Dragon # 2 2 Curse of Dragon (needed, or some other level 5) 2 Magna Drago 1 Morphing Jar (I usually use my entire hand in one turn)
x 17
Spells:
3 Ancient Rules 1 Brain Control 2 Book of Moon 2 Fiend's Sanctuary (tribute/optional, might take it out) 3 Stamping Destruction 2 Soul Exchange 2 Trade-In 1 Dark Factory of Mass Production 3 Summoner's Art
x 19
Traps:
1 Mirror Force 2 Birthright 3 Trap Stun 1 Dragon's Rage (just in case)
x 7
xxx 43
EXTRA:
3 Trident Dragion 3 Stardust Dragon 3 Red-Archfiend Dragon 1 Iron Chain Dragon 1 Black Rose Dragon 1 Goyo Guardian 2 Thought Ruler Archfiend 1 Ancient Fairy Dragon
xxx 15
ANY MORE IDEAS? ^_^
