They had appeared around the corner of the building, in an alleyway. Instead of wearing gym clothes, he was now wearing his nice clothes. His hair was tied back into a pony-tail, sunglasses over his eyes. He was wearing a straight, bright red long-sleeve shirt, with black pants and shoes. He smiled at her, then walked out of the alley-way towards the front door of the restaurant.
He got them a table, towards the back, a booth, and waited for her to sit down, motioning her towards the table.

She sat down calmly, she smiled calmly, waiting for him to sit and ask what he wished to know, she would talk about what was in her comfort range and what wasn't, she would just ignore.
"I'm still sorry for slapping you."
She said stupidly. Yes, she felt guilty for that, though it had made her laugh considerably.

He sat down after she did, stretching and leaning back. It had been quite a long day. He simply stared at her over his sunglasses, not bothering to take them off, before finally sitting up straight and taking them off, setting them on the table gently, so they didn't bend. He leaned forward on the table, elbows down, folding his hands together, his eyes staring straight at hers.
"Relax. You said it was a reflex. Where do you work at the Academy?" He figured he'd ask now, smiling, instead of wondering later.

"I am the Academy's new Head Librarian."
She said confidently, she liked books, mainly because they allowed her mind to wonder, and kept her sane, maybe if her brother had read more he wouldn't have... She blinked startled at where her thoughts were going, Axton wasn't much of a reader anyways, and he had only mastered two languages where as she herself had mastered four, if you count sign language.

He smiled and continued watching her, until a waitress came up. He had already known her, she was one of his customers during his street magic show. She asked what they wanted and Leon just smiled. "I'll have a soda. Maybe I'll come visit you in the Library sometime, then." The last sentance was directed at Adal, and he chuckled, waiting for her to order her drink as well. "This is on me, by the way."

She blinked at Leon weirdly before responding to the waitress. "I''ll have a water." Of course, she wasn't a big eater, and she mostly stuck to water, it was odd how she acted. "And, that is, interesting?" She asked Leon calmly, unsure whether she should be worried or happy.

He simply blinked at her, then leaned back again, looking around at the rest of the patrons. He didn't know why exactly he had brought her here. He figured maybe he'd invite her to help him and Camilla...but that would have to wait until later, when he knew her better. Even if she did seem innocent, she was still a shadow duelist. He watched other people around the restaurant, then looked back at her, shrugging. He still couldn't think of anything to say, so he just watched her, blinking quietly.

Adal was getting edgy, silence, really wasn't her thing, but she would live. She too, wasn't sure what exactly to say. "If you do not mind me, how long have you been in possesion of your powers?" She honestly didn't know if this was going out of his boundries or not, but she figured it was relavant, not that much could be, honestly.

He stared at her for a few minutes, then smiled. Questions weren't what bothered him, that's why he had brought her out here. So they could ask questions of one another. He blinked slowly, counting, then just yawned. "Three years." He had recieved the strange charm in the middle of his freshman year, here at Duel Academy.

"I would have recieved mine a little over a year ago, I believe." Okay, so she's a little fuzzy on the details, not much there, it was honestly predictable, to people who knew her well anyways. Though she probably only didn't know because she had tried blocking out that memory, for so long.

He nodded, blinking. If she'd had hers for as long as he'd had his, she would have been able to avoid being pulled in whatever direction he was going when he brought her along, if she'd wanted. Shrugging, he simply took a drink of the water that a woman had brought him, nodding again. "I see."

"Here is something we haven't covered, how old are you? I am 24 years of age." She said simply, if she were to know him, a age coverage would be a good idea. She watched him, trying to get an estimate of his age, of course she had no idea, hight and weight were another thing completely. She was better with everything else, but estimating age was harder.

He just chuckled. 24, he hadn't seen that coming. He knew she was older than him, but not that much older. He just smiled and returned his answer, nothing more and nothing less. "18." Simple and short, he took another sip of his water and watched her closely from his side of the table.

Adalheidis fidgeted lightly, she wasn't much of a talker, and he was pretty much making her start the conversation. Which was a problem, they would either sit here in awkward silence or she could try to make a pitiful attempt at a conversation. She watched him sip his water, he didn't seem like the type to talk much either, which was odd. "Why exactly did we come here again? I fear I have a short attention span, and memory." She said hoping to get some explanation that would make sense to her. That she could remember quite easily.

He looked around, the looked back to her. "I was hoping we could find some sort of connection with our...well, connection we have." He was of course referring to their shadow powers, but he wouldn't say it out loud here. "And of course, while speaking, its polite to take a lady out to eat while doing so." He grinned, winking.
