Shizuma had been out training with the Samurai as he came back to his room. However, as he did he looked at his desk and saw as he sat down that strange object he had found in the morning. A Pink and Red marble...it had been there when he woke up. And he was certain that he hadn't had one before.
It was pretty to be sure but the question is what is this here for? Did Hathor get it for him or something? He would figure it out eventually...at least he hoped he would. Walking over, Shizuma picked it up and held it up to the light in his room.
"Where ever you came from...you don't look to bad at all." said Shizuma as he looked at the Marble.

There was a crash and a yelp in the hallway, and it sounded as if it came from close to Shizuma's room. Not only was the crash big, it sounded like something had broken, perhaps a vase or a bowl or something of the sort. On the floor laid a very stunned and out of sorts Hathor Massri with her walking stick thrown to the side and a pink marble-like gem beneath her foot. She stared up at the ceiling, or at least it looked that way behind her large sunglasses and her raised leg was giving a very nicely violet-striped panty shot to the world. Her Silfer uniform was on and a bookbag was beside her now throbbing and aching head.
"Ow... what did I trip over?" Hathor murmered to herself, still dazed and on the floor with a broken piece of ceramic lamp from an end-table nearby. She tilted her head to the side to try to see where she was, but with her sight as of late added with the sunglasses, this was an interesting feat. She didn't even notice that the gem was still underneath her feet.

Shizuma stood up with a start and made his way towards where the crash had happened. Opening his door, he saw that it was none other than Hathor. He blushed seeing the panties but shook it off quickly as he looked and saw that she had tripped over a marble similar to his own. He picked it up first and then went over to Hathor.
"Hey there....you okay?" asked Shizuma as he took his hand into hers.

She didn't look in his eyes, clearly she wasn't seeing well today. Her grip on her sight slipped back and forth these days, but she had insisted on living on her own and making the best of things. She felt his hand and gripped it tight to let him help her up. Then she stood to her feet and stayed where she was, trying to find something on another wall to touch while she went and found her walking stick, or got him to.
"Yeah... I'm fine... have you seen my stick?" She asked Shizuma as she went to touch the wall beside Shizuma's room. The stick was about fifteen feet in front of her, she just didn't see it. "What did I trip over anyway hun?" She asked Shizuma frankly. She felt a tickle on her nose and put her hand up to her face to discover a bang that she knew was violet hanging over her sunglasses. So she brushed it behind where her right ear should've been and waited for Shizuma's answer.
While she waited though, she found herself patting in front of her and behind her to try to find a door, any door, so that she could feel the shape of the numbers on it. Shizuma's door was in front of her along the wall, but her fingers weren't quite long enough to reach the doorframe.

"You tripped over a marble...the same one I have surprisingly." said Shizuma as he picked up her walking stick. "As for your stick I have it right here. So besides your fall how are you today?"
Shizuma took her hand and then placed the handle of the stick in it before helping her to reach for his door. As he stood there, he knew that she still needed help and he would help her so long as she needed it. He had promised her that and he wouldn't let her down.

"I was just going to go out and try to feel some sunshine... looking at the snow might be a bit of a problem though." Hathor said calmly. "But yeah, I feel great... except for an egg on my head or something... ow." She rubbed the back of her head, but after she felt her stick be placed in her hand and she felt him guide her to the door. She sighed a little inwardly. It looked as if she had a long way to go. Oh if only she had her eyesight back...
But no. She did during the night. That was the thing. She couldn't see in the day, but during the night she could see as well as if it were day. She supposed it had to be this way for a long while before she got used to the light again. She tapped with her stick and then reached up to feel the numbers on the door.
"Oh, this is your dorm. Okay, I didn't get that far." She said as she traced first the three and then the five with one long finger. She looked towards the direction that Shizuma's hands had been coming from and put on one of her lovely and charming smiles to him. "Where were you headed? And did you say something about a marble before?" She raised an eyebrow. "I don't own any marbles... who's leaving their marbles all over the place?" Damn kids.

"Well, actually I was coming back here to chill out for a bit. But spending some time with you wouldn't be a bad idea either." said Shizuma with a charming smile of his own...something he had been picking up from Hathor since he started helping her out. "As far as these Marbles, shall I close up stuff so you can get a better look?"
Shizuma knew that if he turned off his lights and closed the window she would be able to see easier in his room.

"Yeah, that would be nice." Hathor said as she fumbled with his door handle and upon getting it open, she opened the door and tapped into his room as quickly as she could without tripping again. Upon getting in, she headed for the end that she knew the bed was at and tapped until she felt the bed with her stick. Then she sat down where she thought the mattress would be, and was greeted with a pillow beneath her. Good thing she had stopped where she did.
She moved off the pillow and then her head moved around as she tried to pinpoint where Shizuma was from the sound of his movements. It was a skill she was acquiring. She placed her stick in front of her and leaned on it a bit, mildly wondering whether he had picked up her bookbag or not; she had forgotten it in the scramble.

Shizuma before coming into his room picked up the bag and then walked into his room. Closing the door behind him, Shizuma then closed his blinds and then turned off the lights so that only the very dim light of his laptop was on. He hoped this would help her out. He placed the bag by his desk, then he walked over and took a seat next to Hathor holding the two marbles in his hand.
"How's the light? Dim enough so you can see?"

She opened up her eyes and the only light that really hurt, but not enough to truly make her wince was the laptop. So she then tried it out and took off her sunglasses... to her it was as light as day in the room and she smiled at Shizuma's squinting face. She could nearly kiss him but of course he got all embarrassed when that happened, and she wasn't about to do it in the dark when he couldn't see it coming.
So instead she unfurled his hand in what to him would be close to blind and took the marble in her hands. She could see the pink and red hues, and was even more bewildered. She then rolled it around her palm in curiousity.
"An odd little thing isn't it? I'm sorry about you not being able to see well." Hathor said apologetically to him and she shook her head. "But still, it's odd... do you think it's a prank or something?"

"It is odd...I'm not sure what it is. As far as it being a prank who knows. The question is...how did these get into our rooms. I can't fathom how it could have." said Shizuma as he looked at his own. "I wonder if we were the only ones to get one."
It just seemed so weird...he had never seen anything like this nor did he ever own something like this. There were definitely some questions that needed answering as far as this was concerned. As he sat next to Hathor he couldn't help but turn to look at her sometimes...she was just that pretty. She was also just so full of life...it was hard on him to see her unable to see like this.

"I don't know. Maybe we were. Anyone been watching us lately?" She said with a light laugh to him. She still had a smirk on as she put an arm around him. "I should hope not." She said playfully to him. Yes indeed, Hathor was full of life and joy the majority of the time, and even now she didn't let the blindness get to her. She instead just cherished the moments when she could see. Her eyes in the light of the computer were shining a little. So she kept them on him... and in the end her eyes trailed over him.
He was well-built and unbelievably hot, at least to her. Maybe it was because he was so sweet in combination as well, and maybe it was how much she had helped him, but he was also pretty bashful as well. She couldn't go full out on him and she was taught restraint to herself around him.
She moved her hands away from his shoulders which she was hugging and didn't even notice (it was instinct) that her hand trailed across his shoulders and back as she brought it back to her side. She then leaned over a little and looked him straight in the eye... those eyes of hers were so piercing with their glint in the dark.
"Well, for now I think I'll be keeping this one I tripped over secure in a pocket. That way I don't trip over it again... and it is pretty." She commented thoughtfully. Yes. Hathor was not a typical woman but even she was attracted to pretty and shiny things... it was a magpie quality that manifested itself in every feminine woman, whether a little bit or a lot.

"Yeah it is..." said Shizuma as he thought...'Though I think there is something...or someone much prettier here.'
Looking at Hathor, he smiled at the hug. They had been doing this a lot since he started helping her out. She always had used more intimate methods of greeting or showing gratitude than other people. He had gotten used to it to a point...he would still blush a lot at the contact. Who wouldn't from someone like her.

She shrugged to herself as she pocketed the little gemstone and then she started to look around the room. She noted the blinds and how they didn't seem to be as bright with the light shining through and blinked. Perhaps he got new blinds. But note how this intimate action for her was nothing while for Shizuma... yeaaaaah.
She chuckled. "Ah well, at least with those things we're part-way to a good game of marbles. Not that I ever played it or anything... I played jacks more." She said with a wicked grin. Yes, even she played old games... for the first few years of her life there wasn't that much more to do. Then she looked around and clearly saw her bookbag on the desk. She reached over him to get it, grabbed it and then sighed, looking at her walking stick.
"Well, you can turn the lights back on. I don't want to keep you in the dark longer then necessary." She said as she grabbed her sunglasses and started to don them on her face.

"Naw it's alright Hathor...I've gotten used to it over the past month. So, how was your day before I heard you crash out there?" asked Shizuma curiously.
His eyes looked at her...yes it was dark...but hey he was willing to sit here with her in the dark. He didn't mind this one bit. Just so long it was her. He did this and got used to it to keep her comfortable as she slowly got her light vision back. Though part of him wished that there was something more he could do for her.
