Alexander certainly hadn't expected to be adressed so quickly and so he took his time to reply. He looked over Ivan first, his question would obviously be the easiest to answer. If he could open his mouth to answer that was. He nearly hit himself for appearing so awkward.
"Umm... Um... I'm Alexander Siphon..."
He turned his attention to Nathan and tried to compress his opinion into a solid defintion of each of their playing styles. All in all the duel had seemed to him slightly lackluster but then again the only really good duels he'd seen were on the Pro-Circuit by masters like Youssef Arman and Evangeline Hazror. He opened his mouth to speak, closed it again and after a moment delivered his summary of events on what had occured before him.
"Honestly... I thought it was better tha other duels Iv'e seen outside the academy. But from what Iv'e seen here you guys might need a bit more work to match up."
He stopped abruptly and looked at the both of them, hoping he hadn't offended either of them. He'd only wanted to offer an honest opinion.
"I don't mind to offend of course!" He added rather abruptly once again.

Ivan look a bit suprised at his responces. "Alex eh. My name is Ivan, nice to meet you," Ivan said as he was picking up his deck. "Don't worry about offending me, I'm not much of a duelest my self," he said. "Just here to get better," he said finnaly putting his deck away. "I promised Jeeves a duel here if he helped me with my lugage, but any way nice to meet you Alex."

Alexander nodded as he came to the realisation thatIvan must be new. It was strange, only days ago he'd been the newest member of Ra Yellow and yet here already was a newer student just finding his dorm room. It astounded him that the academy could even fit all these students on campus but Kaiba, from what he new, certainly had a heck of a lot of money to spend on making sure they could.
"Nice to meet you Ivan, and... Jeeves..."
He looked over the two of the once more. Trying to memorize what he'd seen of their decks should the situation ever arise were he needed to duel against. He had been hoping to find a duel of his own soon. If only to experience the academy for what it was made for. He attempted a smile as he continued.
"Perhaps I could duel one of you later?"

"Jeevas, Jeevas!" He mumbled. But he shook him head. "Mmhmm, that would be fun indeed. What type of deck do you run, Alex?' He said, collecting his cards and standing up.

"Hmm don't think he would want to tell us that. As it seems he was trying to memorize the types of decks we run," Ivan said. "I might not be a duelest but I'm not stupid," he then said. After a bit of a pause Ivan said with a smile, "The better you know your enemy, the easier they are to beat. Am I right," he said still looking at Axel. Then smiling.

Alexander managed a genuine smile this time, Ivan had most definitely caught on but there was always more than meets the eye. He removed two decks from his side and passed them to Ivan and Nathan. These were his two main decks at the moment and he went into the strategies behind each of them rather briefly.
"They're both Cloudian based, so effectively they have some of the best stall cards in the game. The major difference between them is that one stalls so that Nimbusman can gain enough attack points for a one hit kill whilst the other centers around Final Contdown. Both use a variety of stall cards although Iv'e found that against Six Samurai Decks I often have to swap to me plant beatdown build."
He was happy to explain something when it came to dueling, it was pretty much all he knew and so he could have spoken at length about the decks but even he realised that that could get boring fast. He let them hold the decks for a while whilst he asked the next question.
"So Iv'e seen some of you're decks. What are they mainly built around?"

Ivan continued to smile. "I only have one right now mainly made up of old cards," he said. "Yet there is a purpase. It is a Darkness Blader Deck," he also said. "As you saw in the duel it mostly centers around Dragons. The point is to get as many dragons into the graveyard, but to summon Red Eyes Darkness Dragon out into the field using the Red Eyes family or Flute of summoning dragon. It also Uses Buster Blader to take advantige of all the dragons being used," Ivan said. He was going to get into more but that would bore him and most likely both of them. Then looking at Jeezas. "What about you," he asked.

((..........*is starting to get annoyed at misspelling*))
'Mine is simple. It's trying to get Bad Reaction and a card that shall not be name on the field. It's not about the monsters. They're simply to defend my Life Points, except for a few, such as...cards that shall not be named. Although, the defending could easily be done with two cards, one Ivan would hate and the other....shall not be named.' He grinned and picked up his black Cyclone duel disk. "Later." He strolled downstairs to room 199. I believe you have created your first friendship.

So there he had it, a Dragon Duelist and a Life Gain duelist. Too very different decks of course but they showed the variation amongst trainers of the same dorm. He wondered if they're were others that ran Cloudian decks. Judging by the sheer size of the acdemy there would have to be a few, he made a mental note to seek those specific duelists out. Challenging them would certainly prove beneficial in his own deck construction. He turned his attention to Jeevas as he departed and gave a slight wave to his fellow Ra before turning back towards Ivan.
"I should probably get going now as well. But it was nice meeting you both."
With that said he turned in the opposite direction to Jeevas and made his way down the corridoor for a while before finding himself at his dorm room. Sliding the key card from his pocket and opening the door before adding one last wave and dissapearing from sight.
