To say that Alexander Koshi was in trouble was to majorly misunderestimate the amount of trouble he was in, not that it mattered to him, he was unconscious, but then again, being tied to a tree, in the middle of a forest, in the middle of the night, with duct tape, after witnessing an event so horrific it is indescribable with words, and being used as a punching bag and breaking an ankle all happened to him on a regular basis anyway.
Tied to a tree, with duct tape wrapped around his body excruciatingly tight, covering his arms, legs, eyes and mouth, scrawled over in a spidery hand writing, the words of a Psycho. A combination of English, Japanese, Spanish, German, French, Chinese, Russian, Egyptian Hieroglyphics, Dutch, and Italian languages. The result was the following.
Hello Duel Academia,Yes my Academia of victims, it is I, the Jack of Shadows. I was the one who took your headmistress Force, and your student Issy. The headmistress was a satisfying bounty, so I settled on her that night. But Issy is such a stupid and weak bitch, I had to have a little downer. This boy here was perfect, so puny, so weak, so . . . easy to target. Try to stop me if you can, but first you have to find out who I am. I will give you a week until my next feast. Until than, stay beautiful my victims!
With blood lust,
Jack of Shadows
And of course there was 1 person, or rather 1 being, who had taken the worst of this ... Yubel.
Imagine being helpless to save someone, then imagine having to watch everything happen to them, then imagine you had fallen out with that person, they may be dead or in a serious medial or psychological condition, and you never had the chance to say Sorry to them, and may never ever again, and you will probably have just scratched the surface of how Yubel felt.
Now only one thing filled her mind, GET HELP, someone anyone, anything any being, surely there must be someone ,anyone that could see her, that could help, help him, she floated through the trees at a speed which even Spell Striker would struggle to match, leaving her mortally injured ... friend, tied to a tree in a forest, his only cofort being that he wasn't conscious.

Was it the wind?
The movements through the trees were so sudden, ripped so quickly that it made a scratching sound through out the air. Quickly, the only figure present amongst the valley of trees and sitting amongst the flower patch and quickly lifted his head with a toss. A long head of purple hair had swung into the breeze while his blue eyes had reached into the darkness to see where the source of the noise had come from. Swiftly, a single leaf that had broken by its stem had flew forwardly rushing past him. It was quick that he turned his head quickly in a shot of fear not realizing from what it was until he looked to the bed of flowers he had sat in and reached to pick up the lone leaf by its stem.
He smiled. Yes, it was the wind.
Testing his courage the gentle gale was blowing through the night, and it seemed he had failed. His heart was at ease however knowing that he was not in any real danger. The night was late, and it seemed that he had stayed out longer than what any student was permitted. The lunar light however was a tempting thing. It reached out through the opening formed through the circle of trees that surrounded him and beamed on the flower bed he had sat in the center of. It would almost remind one of the heavenly light you would see in a cathedral. Just like a blessed day, it was a blessed night, and one needed by the young boy seeing his mind was heavy of thoughts about his stay here in Duel Academy.
Conflicted he was, words whispered to him earlier that day for him to remember something that was unclear to him. That mysterious voice that had once guided him back and forth had been silent for the rest of the day. Usually ignoring it, he had only found himself thinking more about that said voice since the sound of it was sincere, helpful in some way that he could not ignore. He wondered if it was not some sort of monster, but rather a divine spirit that was helping him find his way?
That even itself was an insane thought. For all he knew, it was probably a dark personality within him finally taking growth because of his meek life style. He was a Doctor-To-Be, he knew of such disastrous mental states, and he would not doubt that he was finally going crazy. His only doubt however seemed to be that he was doubting his own sanity and not believing in what his heart would see if he could look over his shoulder and notice the fallen angel that was falling over him, invisible to his naked eyes of fear, depression, and a powerful state of denial that not even he could to take notice of.
*+---------------------------------+* The wind was restless tonight.
He could not hear the swift sounds motioning through the trees, but other ears could. Beyond the tattered bandages and the saddened eyes that lifted despite the young boy could see them or not, it was enough to make the figure’s heart skip to show a surprised expression upon her face, her body fading into the world of humans, and then back to the astral plane as it’s the darkness was faint around the depths of the forest.
The lingering darkness was foul, as if something had skipped from “that“ realm with a malevolent intent. Xenneth was oblivious; his partner was filled with dread that she could sense it. The invisible guardian angle moved through out the space placing her body before his as she had sat amongst him in the flowers. Her hands were not the ones that would comfort his shoulder as she spoke, her appearance was not one that would insure him of safety, but nevertheless it would not be familiar. Her only exposed eye from beneath the bandages expressed a horror as for that minor moment that the young boy could see her, he had looked up with his heart stopping as his blue eyes had met the alien creature.
“Leave, quickly!” He drew a breath so swiftly hearing the words in his mind echoing. Long before her dying red shaded lips had faded from sight and stopped moving, he was only left staring forward into the darkness beyond the trees as if he had just seen a ghost, but in this case actually did. He could not think straight, but he had felt as if he heeded the warning of the ghost as he quickly kicked up and exited the grove and running to the nearest tree that surrounded the closed area that was his secret hiding place.
He did not go any further, but he had instead peeked from behind the tree.
The usual was there, a bed of flowers that was revealed in many hues by the moonlight that had shined from above. There was no strange creature with bandaged wings and long colored hair with a spiked collar. There was no horrified bandaged face with one eye covered. It was only a bed of flowers. However, this description had only disturbed him as he turned his back to the sight of the scene and reached to the deck case marked with a Red Cross upon his right hip and from the top slipping a single card that he knew would be there because of his placement.
“I‘m…seeing things.”
He had whispered this to himself. He had not seen what he knew he had seen, but he knew he seen what he thought he seen; this was the reoccurring denial within the heart of the young Nursing Assistant. In some pulsing fear in his heart, he decided that was enough of his breaking of his curfew into the night as he started to walk towards the Ra Yellow dorm after slipping the single card back into his deck case and snapping the button back in place.
The wind was calling again, this time, more than the wind.
His blue eyes rolled to the right in a low sweep as he let his vision stray to the distant trees. He could hear something moving, but no rustling. It was as if the wind itself had taken an estranged pattern in a swift motion heading towards the very spot he had begun to leave that night. Curious, but also afraid, Xenneth simply stared into the darkness hesitant to move. A part of him wondering if that was the “ghost” he had seen, or yet was it another.
There was a strange presence within the air that night, the presence of darkness and it seemed to have a greater effect on the young boy more than usual as he felt, somehow….welcomed.
If only there was a more, “solid“ sign to get his attention.

There is an old saying, "If something can go wrong, it will go wrong at the worst most possible time", if there was no proof to support this, then you need no more proof then the current circumstance, in a state of dreamless, tortuous unconsciousness, unaware of the world around, and Yubel was partially thanking whatever higher powers possibly exist because of this, because it probably would have killed her young friend, or crippled himself permanently, at least in the state of unconsciousness he was blissfully unable to feel any pain.
She had tried several times to get help, but to no avail, she hadn't found anyone, anyone at all, and she was worried, a new emotion for her, she had never really been well and truly worried before, not even when Striker was running away, because she knew she could deal with him, but this .... there was almost nothing she could do at all, she touched, or rather, attempted to touch his cheek, it was a curious gesture .... but she ignored her feelings, they had been acting like such idiots earlier, and they hadn't apologized ... and now she might not get the chance to, the silent figure of Yubel made a small sighing sound, before she left him again, although it pained to leave him in such a state, she couldn't just leave him, she needed to find help.
-
It was like limbo, except that he had never been in Limbo so he wouldn't know, but its what he assumed Limbo might have been like .... helpless. He felt like he was floating, but the logical part of his mind told his this was both impossible and improbable ... and yet ... it felt like it so much.
Everything around him was black and black and black, there was nothing, no light, no .... nothing ... yet he could breathe s there must be air ... or unless this was a dream in that case he had probably lost it completely, his small, personal, fragile little world was in Chaos.
Chaos ..... it reminded him of a passage he had read in a book.
Rather a rude and indigested mass: A lifeless lump, unfashion'd, and unfram'd, Of jarring seeds; and justly Chaos nam'd. No sun was lighted up, the world to view; No moon did yet her blunted horns renew: Nor yet was Earth suspended in the sky, Nor pois'd, did on her own foundations lye: Nor seas about the shores their arms had thrown; But earth, and air, and water, were in one. Thus air was void of light, and earth unstable, And water's dark abyss unnavigable.
It was Babalonian as far as he could remember.... but it aptly described where he was to say the least of the circumstance, although he could think of a lot more passages, quotes and various other miscellanea, that one was the best.
Unless he was dead ... in that case Hell had definitely gotten a lot less ... red, and was a lot cooler then he expected, unless he was in Heaven, which was unlikely, not that he had done anything to deserve going to either place, not that he was religious either, it was just an interesting thought really.
So it as either one of the above, either that or Operation: Mindfuck had actually been pulled off somehow, and he was now insane, he sighed to himself .... this was going to be a long day.
-
The night was silent, oddly silent ... perhaps spookily silent, that unnatural creepiness that seems to spring from the aftermath of these sort of events, it WAS almost like a horror movie, all they needed now was some sort of-. Yubel shook her head, clearing those thoughts from her mind, there was no point in accidentally jinxing the event, that wouldn't help.
She muttered something darkly to herself, several words which she was constantly telling Alex NOT to say, but she felt she had ample reason to now, this Forest was just 1 big .... MAZE, and amazingly devoid of anything human at all, which was very ... un-humanish.
Yubel drifted just across the tops of the trees, looking, seeking, searching frantically.
She spotted something beneath her, something white, a shimmering figure, it was only there for a second or too, then it vanished, and reappeared, it was flickering like an old fashioned movie image, but that was the least of her issues, there was someone, specifically a human someone, with it.
Stretching her wings out to their full extent, she aimed herself downward, with a flap of her wings, she landed directly in-front of this human, a boy, although is resemblance to a girl was almost uncanny, it was an amazingly graceful sight, pink and black flesh and wings, all three eyes focused themselves on this human, the wings made her appear much bigger then usual, yet not as scary, she stood up to her full height, which was about 6-and-a-half-to-7 feet at the most, in other words ... very tall when compared to a student, the wings giving her another extra foot or so on top of that, and there was still that ... flickering, but it was definitely a spirit, at this close range she could tell, and if this Boy had a spirit, that meant he must have some form of perception, the same as Alex.
"I need your Help" she said, her tone was flat, yet there was a level of suppressed emotion in that voice.
((Lol *looks up* now I REALLY AM turning into Xen ... all this writing))

Within the darkness, he had gazed only to turn away in time. That voice was no more, his mind trying to calm itself feeling some deep dread as he kept walking steadily, but blindly forward. The night was being rude to him; teasing him and scaring him it was. He started to regret coming outside so late, but he felt truly at peace returning to the “Lunar Garden” as he had named his spot in mind when coming into the forest. Some things were worth taking a risk for, and a visit into the dark just to go to that elegant spot was something he looked forward to on such nights where he had no class and his head would be absolutely clear.
His feet had stopped as his eyes had lifted once more. For some reason, he felt that dark looming feeling again. His heart was filled with an uncontrollable fear, his mind seeming to just as easily become shadowed from its goal to making it back to the dorms once more as it was prepared for some kind of “danger.” He had swallowed deeply as his eyes that had swept over his danger had reacted to see what was around him, but instead, they caught nothing. Gazing directly towards Nurse Reficule, he could not see her. His heart was not able to comprehend the existence of Duel Spirits, but simply hear them calling out.
“Need…my help?”
That was all he heard, but he had not seen anything whatsoever. Not long before finally turning to face his frontal once more, he was met with the most shocking of sights.
It was monstrous.
The figure had seemed to be humane, but he could not tell. Such wide appendages had stretched far to each side with a head full of spiky parts that could have been hair, but the color and form was beyond his vision as it simply cast a silhouette by the moon light, and was hard to make out seeing it was much taller than he was. He could do nothing but fall back which did not help his vision to say the least as he felt like he was being looked down on by some kind of massive monstrosity. He knew in his mind that this was not the same figure he had seen before, and this surely was not Nurse Reficule who he had imagined.
Closing his eyes, tightly…he screamed.
The sound was most likely not pleasant at this time of night, especially with someone most likely patrolling the grounds. However, the night was late, and the scream would not reach many ears. He had the time to at least run away, turn and runaway from the monster, but was there really a monster there? He doubted it, with all his heart, he doubted it deeply thinking he would be some sort of fool to acknowledge it. His eyes that were closed tightly to avoid seeing the monster had slowly opened.
There was nothing there.
Xenneth was blind once again, his heart that had been opening to acknowledge the presence of that of a monster was now once again closed and binding itself to a “sheep reality”; the one that norms of society would call you crazy if you did not believe in it. Many, mostly those he did not know of, could say they saw monsters or spirits of monsters that roamed about, and others could say there were worlds and realms beyond this one. Xenenth could not; he did not believe in such a thing, nor heard of it. However, that’s not what his heart truly had felt. He could feel it faintly, from the very blood in his veins that something in the world was beyond the common logic of the “sheep reality.” It was this blood feeling that he denied that closed his eyes from the spirits, but opened them to the sounds.
Even though Xenneth had fallen backwards, trembling, slightly filled in fear thinking he had thus seen an illusion, the faded Nurse Reficule that was as real as the child had been more than clear to the wandering spirit that was Yubel. Even if the Nurse’s violet haired master did not acknowledge her, did not believe in her with all his heart, she existed to protect him, because faintly, she could sense he had a good heart that cried for her friendship and warmth. Even if it was from the shadows, she would give it to him, and acknowledging that, she had taken the step of their friendship and acknowledged the problem that had put him in such a fearful state.
The tattered and bandaged spirit had frowned.
Her right hand had lifted, pointing towards Yubel as she floated over the body of Xenneth. She moved her lips, but not a sound was heard as she motioned them. Even if she spoke so many times, it only seemed to cause a reaction from the violet haired little boy and no one else. Others were only met with lips that could be read and silence that was pure of all but the unity of telepathy that she shared with the heart of the innocent young child.
It was quite clear that she was mute, silenced to all but her companion.
However, anyone who could see the distressed look upon her face, and protective pose she had assumed by the young body of the boy could read that she was aggressive towards those that done him harm: physically, mentally, and over all emotionally. She had kept her pose as if she was hearing out the monstrous form of Yubel and her finger gestured as she waited for her to speak.
Clearly, she wanted her to most likely, “State her business” with that of her partner.

Yubel had the sudden urge to face-palm, as the human did a very girlish scream for a guy, before he fell over backwards, trembling like a leaf .... at least he had heard her, or at least it seemed like he had heard her, she made a quick check behind her to see what had been so scary that it had made him keel over like a child, then realised it must have been her, well she did look a little ... creepy, Alex had thought he had lost it when he had first seen her ... Alex! ... Right! back on track.
She was about to check if the boy was actually consious when he way was blockd by that same white spirit she had seen earlier, no longer flicker, but a being, bandaged from head to foot in clean, white bandages except for a single eye, but even with the bandages her expression looked distressed, protectively standing over her charge ... she made a strange gesture with one hand, then it hit Yubel that this spirit might just be unable to speak ..... this might complicate things a little.
Yubel furled back her wings, her size reducing slightly, attempting to make herself appear less threatening, she placed one hand on her chest and made a small bow, more like an inclination of the head then a bow, a small gesture of respect, as well as showing she meant no harm.
"My apologies if I have scared your Companion, but I am afraid that I need his help!" she said softly, her tone slightly apologetic as she glanced at Xenneth as she spoke.

A silent explanation was owed, and luckily, that was all the Fallen Angel could give as her only exposed eye had cast towards Yubel in curiosity, but as well some bitterness the moment it squinted. Help, that’s all anyone wanted from the young boy was a favor, never to return it. They walked on him, trampled him, and from the silent abyss of the astral plane, all the Fallen Angel could do was watch as he catered to everyone’s whim without any recognition given back to him. It was beyond her why he had suffered like so, why he tossed himself into the situations that were not of his concern.
But yet, he always smiled.
He had a good heart, one that was pure to cater to those whims and not want anything in return. He had suffered a little deep down knowing those faces would only be ghostly to him once more, but she felt some sort of happiness that kept a calm sea within his heart that she could not comprehend. People with true kindness were the biggest puzzle in life, as chaos was the biggest obvious picture that could be painted by any logical mind. Xenneth was not very smart, nor very logical, but he that’s what made his untainted mind the more admirable in her eyes. Thinking about that, Nurse Reficule let her right hand swing back down to her side, unmoving as she could see Xenneth was silent, filled with some dread.
She had stepped forward, letting off her tattered wings.
Nurse Reficule had taken her right hand holding it before her face with fingers stretched to the full. As Xenneth had started to stand slowly, she had only swung her hand to and forth in front of his face, but he had gotten no response. She had looked to the figure, her three eyes being more than enough to see that he was not aware of the Fallen Angels’ motions and movements. It was obvious that she was trying to communicate that the young boy’s heart was not open, he could not see duel spirits, but there was another solution.
The Fallen Angel’s eyes had fallen upon the creature once more, her movements only pointing to the figure as she pointed to her, and then towards the young boy as she had shaken her head solemnly, but before casting back a malicious glare. The Nurse Spirit’s expression was showing her deep disdain that would come if any harm was to come to the young boy. She would find a way to make the spirit pay for whatever business she had soiled with the young man, and pay dearly she would, but moving onto their “business.” Nurse Reficule had leaned over towards the young boy, her lips moving with ease whispering sounds words once more silent to any and all except her master.
His blue irises revealed as his eyes widened. It was clear whatever the Nurse had said had surprised him as he tossed his body about in a spontaneous response to what he had just heard. His soft lips moving slowly as he mimicked the words with his gentle voice. It was clear as he had repeated it:
“Help me…?”
His eyes had seemed to go around him frantically as he looked about. His eyes were frantic as he looked about in the darkness feeling confused and disoriented. The voice had clearly returned and it was letting out sound cries for help. He could ignore it, could he not? He did not know what to do, but whatever it was, he would have to do something fast as he reached to his lap and grasped at his pants leg, and Nurse Reficule turned to the lone monster spirit in her presence leaving Xenneth in his confusion.
Her hand lifted solemnly as if she offered her help, with or without the explanation she seemed to not care. She honestly wanted to be like him, her caring and loving master at that moment who gave into pleads for help.
Besides, the Duel Spirit was already given the warning of there to be consequences if the Nurse’s dear friend was to suffer at any least bit.

Yubel's eyes light up slightly, she reached out and gently gripped the Nurse's hand, the ghost of a touch, before quickly withdrawing it, it was considered Taboo to touch another persons Partner without their explicit permission.
"You have my Thanks, I wasn't sure-" she made a slight swallowing motion, ridding herself of that lump of emotion and dread in her throat.
"We must hurry" she said softly, drifting away slightly, before turning back again.
"This way" she called out.

Nurse Reficule had agreed, but it was not with a nod, but rather a tiresome, but silent, sigh from her faded red lips. Her attention went to Yubel whom she had followed with her wings opening and her eyes going to the very confused Xenneth. She knew he was unaware of her presence, and it was because of that, she would have to improvise by using his heart; that heart that answered to the helpless and went to those who were desperate. Following Yubel, keeping up with her trail, and occasionally stopping to whip around, Nurse Reficule looked back towards Xenneth as her lips open in a quick and unsettle par.
“Come and save me!”
The whisper reaching his ears from afar, Xenneth had turned his blue eyes to the distant darkness where Nurse Reficule was still at that moment. He had responded dashing forward to that spot, going past as he went into the darkness where the lone Nurse had flew after Yubel. Xenneth would doubt himself, unsure of the path he was following, but that’s when Nurse Reficule would whip her body around once again and say the words that would toss aside logic and his own selfish worry…
“Come and save me!”
The telepathy had made it seem like the echo was so close, but the dying words made it seem like it was so far. His breathes were hard, and his chest was putting like a drum with each stump of his foot and kicking off picking up more speed and dropping the weight of his uncertainty. His eyes would perk up each time he would hear that voice every time the eerie wind of the spirits would die lowly.
“Come and save me!”
He was not going to fail, he was going to uphold his proper title of being a caretaker. Not some Doctor or Nurse, but a real human that cared for real people. Following what he thought was right, his instinct to answer the call of someone who needed his help, he had followed the voice into the night with Nurse Reficule leading him; oblivious of her presence. Yubel moved as fast as she dared to, but Keeping Reficule and the Boy in her sight-line, she didn't want to lose them, she might never find them again, however this boy was his ability to see spirits was much less developed then her own companions, but any assistance was better then none at this moment in time, she glanced back behind her again, they were still following her through the trees and bushes.
----
After about ... 5 minutes or so, Yubel finally dragged herself into the correct clearing, she had for one terrible moment thought she was lost, then she had recognized the area from her frantic earlier searches and had been able to correct herself, in the space of a moment she was at Alex's side. Amazingly he still appeared unconscious, he was scarcely even breathing now, the Duct tape with its cruel message scrawled across it had slackened a little under his weight, but his broken ankle still stuck out at an odd angle, whilst his one good leg supported his entire weight. There was the faint trails of dried tears on his cheeks the evidence was clear as the nose on anyone's face, his cheek was also sporting a large black bruise, as was a large portion of the rest of his body, which was mercifully hidden beneath the tape, this child was a wreck and it pained her to admit it.
She touched his gently, even though he couldn't feel it,
"Its okay now, I'm here" she said, using that soft, motherly tone that she would normally use when comforting one of the other spirits, who were much younger then herself, but she knew he was going to be a wreck when he woke up.
She could here the bushes rustling behind her and she turned as the pair entered the clearing, to a scene of what can only be described as hell-on-earth.

He had rustled from the brushes, his body tossing from the fatigue and his will to go on. It was quiet around him, nothing could be heard, not even Nurse Reficule’s voice. He had only ran forward plagued by what was the sound that was calling him for help. Then again, he could have been gone crazy. He knew nothing of the voices, but he stormed forward as if an actual life was in danger. He looked like a fool; chasing things that only he could hear, or could someone else hear? He was alone, and no one else to stake his claim, so he ran forth into the darkness only to end up here, a point tossed in continuous confusion.
He felt like a joke.
He had heard those voices so many times, and not just stopping to think about it. He was pressured, a little stressed, once again, he could have just been thinking things, wishing they were there, wishing someone needed him. The world was not that simple, not many people could actually feel that important as if there was only something that they could do, and in Xenneth’s case, there was so little he could do. He was done with being the joke of his uneasy. Turning around, he had started to head from whence he came.
That’s when he saw it…
Another one of his girlish screams had erupted from the forest at that moment, enough to scatter the wildlife and winged beasts that inhabited it. He had fallen back once again, but this time, the terror was not imaginative, but very much real. He could see the body of the young man that had been pinned to the three. Gazing towards him sharply, he could make out the face which was a relief. The face was so familiar that Xenneth could not help but to take a breath upon noticing who it was as he pinned the face to that smiling expression from the night before.
“I-I-It’s that boy…t-the boy with the bottle!”
He had acted quickly as he stood up. The writing on the tape he had seen seemed to have caught his attention for a quick read, but he ignored it after a word or two. He thought it was just some childish graffiti left behind by some punks or whoever had beat up this boy. When being one of the Medical field, first and foremost was the life that was in your hands. Choices had to made, decisions had to be precise and executed with that very precision. Xenneth did so as he swiped his back pack from arms and then unzipped it quickly to take out an emergency First-Aid Procedure Kit; a small upgrade from the usual kit.
His right hand had slipped his fingers into the opening of the sharp nose scissors. Carefully, he snipped away at the end of the tape little by little until he could snatch away the remnants. His body had been pressing against that of the young boy’s to keep him in place and pinned to the tree while he carefully removed him. When done with his snipping, Xenneth staggered, he swayed. Using all his might, he tried to carry the boy from the tree until he laid him down upon the ground and at least from there he could do his job.
His right hand had quickly gone to his Duel Academy PDA trying to stay calm as he ran his fingers along the buttons. He had talked lowly to himself, most likely whispering to Stay calm, but even he had no room for that.
*“RING!!!......RING!!!......RING!!!....”*
He swallowed deeply, hoping for video phone icon to let the little animated ringing phone to fly off the hook on screen to get answer.
*“….CLICK!!!”*
…and it did. The video was distorted, mostly shaded in darkness considering the figure must have been in bed, but Xenenth wasted no time with his breathes the moment he heard a groan on the other end. His lungs took in a large bag of breath and his blue eyes giving the utmost serious expression even if panicked, he had let it all out in his usual one-shotgun blow of crazy.
“T-this is Infirmary Assistant, Vice Chair, Xenneth Hikari!” he had stated his title, “U-umm, th-there seems to be an injured casualty, umm….seems like bullying, a-a-a-a-and he is unconscious! We seem to be in the forest area….umm…west flank between the Ra Yellow Dorms and Slifer Red Dorms! Request assistance immediately!”
He was quick to hang up his phone, but what was one to expect when in such a scare? His eyes going to the young man who seemed injured. His eyes scanning his wounds thoroughly and the sore spots that had changed colors upon him. Xenneth had reached his hand out slowly, nervously, not being use to touching anyone, including a boy which made him feel creepy, but it was his job as plainly as he just stated his position. Rubbing against the sore spots, he could see a good few of them were simply swollen, but none of them in particular pilled up to need any fluid or blood drained. Pouring a solution upon one of the small towels in the Aid Kit, Xenneth had cleaned the young boy up and finally located the only serious injury which was his broken ankle. His hands were nice and easy as he had done away with tying an ice pack to it after releasing the air pressure from the bag to reach it’s maximum cool temperature.
“I-It looks like…” he had spoken gently and brokenly, “…this is all I can do now.”
Regretfully, he said those words looking down upon the body of the young man while he awaited for the Medical Team to arrive.

Alex stirred slightly in that dreamless state of unconscious limbo that existed somewhere between sleepiness and awake-fullness and weirdness. He felt ... odd, again that was nothing new, his mind felt more like a lagging computer, each though having to dredge itself through a field of crap before it emerged in his mind somewhere, images too, little images, big images, memories, old and new, thoughts, ideas, intuitions, all of the sodden in a sort of drunkenness as they walked across his spectrum of thought.
His mind was almost severed from his body, there was no feeling, no stimulus, no ... nothing, it was like a black wall, his brain had been overloaded with so much ... crap it had shut itself down, figuratively speaking of course, but there was still one thing he could sense, her presence, her voice, it was the only thing he could ... believe.
"Alex ... Alex"
"Yu ... Yubel" in his dream-like state the word was hard to pronounce, hard to say, but he tried he really tried as has as he could, the word seemed to almost come out like a breath, as he struggled to regain control of his own body and was failing, it was strange, his ankle didn't hurt any more, even though he knew it was broken ... why wasn't it hurting?
-----
Yubel sighed, she was no medical expert, but Alex looked out of the worst of it now, maybe he would recover to Duel again another day, or at least physically he would, mentally she wasn't so sure ... he was such a fragile little body, and that was what worried her, she turned again to the bandaged spirit that belong with Xenneth.
"Once again you have my thanks" she said, this time with a little more emotion, "I wasn't sure what else I would do"

Xenneth had been laboring hard, his mind unaware of the presences that were around him, but were not his concern even if he were to knew about them. His mind focused heavily upon the young man who he had treated at that moment. Gentle hands moving swiftly like instinct, and grasps made accordingly without any hesitation, or second from what little had occurred, he had secured his wounds with bandages while letting his fingers run to a pulse every now and again to see if there had been any dramatic change. As far as he could see, there was nothing changing from the ordinary other than his own heart beating from the worry of the situation.
He did wonder about this person however. Familiar by the face that he would never forget remembering the recent misunderstanding that he tried to cast to the far reaches of his mind even if he tried. He was curious to know how was it that this person had called him? It was at that moment he speculated a few ideas that come to mind. Perhaps a dying voice that went through the woods as he drifted into an unconscious state? His own eyes had been of course wondering heavily it seemed unlikely with his current state as if he was holding on by a peaceful slumber that would most likely only lower his heart rate rather than raise it as if it were in a rage and would still be faintly upon just falling asleep.
He decided it was best not to look upon it heavily.
His mind focused on the condition of the young figure and question and how it would be maintained until the Academy’s true medical team could arrive and take things from his hand. Xenneth after all was not a true medical expert, but just a simple student and nothing more. His achievement was rather small compared what could be done for the child other than the preservation of his declining health in his condition. Standing by, his hands going to his side, he pressed a button upon his PDA after hearing the sound of a repetitive chime that was most likely his location being closed in on by the Medical Unit.
”Thank you.”
The voice was sound from the silent guardian to the silent hero. Xenneth’s eyes perked up as he had heard it faintly. His eyes went to the young boy who had his own closed and shut tightly. He had the same breathing at that moment showing that he was not conciouss, or stirring around from his condition to say anything. Xenneth was not sure from where the source had come from because of this, so he simply “assumed” it came from the young man somehow. Perhaps he had been simply hearing things again? Either way, a proper reply was in order.
“Y-you‘re…welcome?”
The bandaged and tattered fallen angel had extended her right arm, her palm flipped up and presenting her hand to the back of Xenneth that was turned to her as he leaned over treating the young man. It was as if her gesture was once again another soundless word to Yubel that her appreciation was misplaced to her. After all, it was the hands of the young Nurse that seemed to be that which catered to the injured young man, and his kindness that made him work swiftly as well as respectfully. Had it been anyone else, would they simply panicked before something worse would ensue?
Silently, the nurse let her arm fall to her side as she looked down with admiration to her partner. When would his kind heart would open to acknowledge the bonds that existed beyond logic and reality and see the world from whence the bandaged Nurse watched him from? Now Listening to: “Chain (Magnificentral)” - Air Gear OST Chatty Ditz: You can simply say the medical team arrived and carried Alex off to the Nurse‘s Station if you want. I don‘t seem a lot that we can do in this thread. I guess it depends on what Robert was trying to accomplish or whatever, so ask him I guess. >.>

It did not take long for the medical team to arrive, men in long white coats, 6 of them, looking more like scientists then Doctors and Nurses and such. One of them carried a light, portable stretcher under one arm, whilst another had a massive hold-all, which probably did just what it is name described, the third wore glasses and had nothing more then a clipboard and a pen, which he twirled and twisted in his fingers like a small baton.
Within a few minutes, Alex was on a stretcher, being hefted on the shoulders of four of the medical team, whilst the other two checked various things like his pulse and that his neck was at the right angle so that it didn’t strain itself and that he wouldn’t fall off, before the four men jogged off at a slow, rhythmic pace with their patient fastened tightly to the stretcher on their shoulders, then they were gone without even sparing Xen a glance, mainly because of Alex’ condition, later, Alex would be asked if he knew he saved him, to which he would reply that he was unconscious so he wouldn’t know, r even how that person found him, let just say he had a guardian angel, or rather, they both had angel of one form or another.
(lol, a short post to round off all those long ones, will make a thread in the infirmry for Xen to come visit!)

When the medical team had come and gone, Xenneth was alone. Bad news for him, as Duncan came back into the forest. He was still very bored with the duel he had. He decided to have fun with this . . . . whatever it was. Running around the forest, he was stalking Xenneth. His footsteps were silent, but he let his presence be known to the boy. He didn't aim to hide himself completely, but to strike some terror into the boy. Almost as if he were Jason Voorhees, Freddy Kruger, or Michael Myers, he stalked Xenneth. This was fun to the jack, and now he would gain he newest victim.

He felt uneasy after the job was done. His smile could only last for so long as he wondered if the young man would remember his deed he had done, but it did not matter to Xenneth. Knowing he helped was victory enough for him, as was it was for earlier today as he even helped the young woman he tended to. He felt very content with the day as it was coming to a close and even had time to reflect.
His mind was in great peril of he could recall clearly. He remembered that over all, it was his passion not in the job, but rather the thought of helping someone that kept making him push on. That was why he wanted to become a doctor, and that’s why he went out his way to be kind even though he thought he would not have the favor returned. It did not matter; their praise was not match for the smile that would ever come if he saw them again.
These thoughts collecting his heart at bliss, but still slightly moved, he reached his hands to his heart coveting it. His smile returned thinking if he would meet Ms. Mesmere once again, he would have his answer for her. Stepping forward, he was heading to depart from the forest to be on his way and maybe even follow the medical team. It would be awkward to see the young man who he shared a more than “Strange” experience with that night, but he knew it was a misunderstanding…he hoped.
However, Xenneth felt uneasy, Nurse Reficule felt uneasy.
At that moment, the Nurse felt as if the darkness that was thin was once again becoming dense. Her one single eye had begun to settle upon the surroundings as she could see it…the faint trails of the atmosphere seeping into this world from that accursed world of darkness. Her lips parted slightly breathing to calm herself thinking perhaps it was wrong in her guess. Who would dare return to the scene of the crime unless they were typically that insane and sick, and then the young boy who needed help was nothing more than…bait?
The floating Fallen Angel had begun to float once again with a sound kick. Her wings spread wise even though her movements and sight was all silent and unseen to the young violet haired boy. She could sense the trouble coming, advancing forth as he stood there, but went into a slow walk leaving. He was going, but he was not going fast enough. He had the right idea, but he was not acting upon it quick enough. It filled Nurse Reficule with dread knowing he could not see the panic look on her face.
With all her strength, all her telepathic might. Her lips moved soundly as her eye that lacked the bandages had widened. She could only whisper out her urgent call despite the stranger being behind him.
“Xenneth! Run!”
The sound voice echoing through his head only for him to hear, he had acted stopping in his tracks once more. The voice was still about, and Xenneth felt as if he was now scared of the lurking source and not the fact someone watched him from behind. His right hand had picked up to reach for and clamp over his heart calmly had settled before his head turned looking for anyone else that was like the boy. The purple haired child could only see a figure partially coated in darkness and not Nurse Reficule who looked at him urgently with her terror filled face.
“E-e-excuse me…a-are you with the medical team?”
Xenneth’s innocent voice ignorant of the threat, he needed to leave. Nurse Reficule cried alound in her mind, Damn him! Damn him! Damn that monstrous woman and that boy! She had dragged Xenneth into her partner’s mess, and now he was going to share in his fate. She did not want a hair touched upon the young boys head. She liked the tie-dye color he combed each morning and that smile he put on with confidence.
She collected her breath once more, her lips moving as she readied her voice that would make another telepathic reach in order to warn the boy once more.
“Xenneth, I said run!”
That call had struck a nerve. Back to the blue eyes of young Xenneth Hikari who had stared ahead towards the mysterious figure who was silent as he heard the calls from the overlapping essence of the spirits, he had felt this time that he was indeed, truly in danger. The Fallen Spirit’s warning reached for the young boy just fine…but there was one problem.
*GASP!* ”Can’t…move! Can’t…breath!” The fear paralyzed him.[/blockquote] OOC NotesOOC Mood: I’m excited! ^^ Now Playing: Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix OST – “Another Side”OOC Notes: I’m okay today! Decent posts…and OH! OH! OH! Drama! =D
