She didn't like it, but she had no choice but to accept the terms. Besides there could not be cameras everywhere on the island. It would be illegal for cameras to be in the bathroom, and in there she could use her computer.
"Fine, I agree." she said, and turned around. "Hopefully, you vill prove zmart enough to figure thiz out zoon. To help you may vish to look my name up in Netherland police reportz." she had helped the police back there, so hopefully it would help clear her name. Being a detective she could help clear her own name, if it wasn't in fact her own name.
"Endymion, you may ztand down." she said with a slight fierceness in her voice.
"Yes, little one." He responded. He lowered his hand, and returned to a more docile attitude.
"Mizz Morrizon." her voice wasn't angry anymore. "I am zorry, but pleaze clear my name zoon. I do not have time to wazte."

Amy sighed as she closed her door. So much she needed to talk about...but who would listen to her? Honestly, was there anyone who could possibly understand what she was going through?
"oh...right..." Amy said sheepishly, as she realized that she still wasn't alone in the room. This spirit seemed to have taken a liking to the girl, or something like that. A Maiden of the Aqua...it was certainly appropriate, Amy had always loved playing on the beaches as a kid, and swimming was a big part of her life while she was growing up...it came with with growing up on the Eastern Seaboard.
"So...I guess I should get to know what's going on, with you and me and everything..." Amy said to the spirit girl, who looked back at her with calm azure eyes.
"Well..." The spirit finally started speaking, her voice melodic and soft, like Amy knew she would be safe as long as the two of them were together.
"Normally spirits won't appease a human's request but...I'll admit, your plight moved me. I have spent a long time doing very little, and with what you described, I've sure that things will be very exciting. Imagine, two young women saving the world from unspeakable evils!" The spirit was much more interested in this than her human partner, it seemed, and the former picked up on Amy's long face.
"Is there something wrong, mistress?" The Maiden asked, worry in her voice for the first time. Amy just sighed again.
"I guess the problem is that I just don't know exactly what is going happen...I know the elements have been loosed on the world...but to what end? I just need some answers instead of questions...
Speaking of which, do you have a name I can call you?"
The spirit remained pensive for a moment then shook her head. She didn't have a name, it seemed.Amy would have to think of something.
"Mia...that's what I will call you. Mia, the pure-hearted Maiden of Ocean's Fury. Sounds nice, doesn't it?" The spirit nodded and smiled, as Amy returned the smile and shut off the light, sleep coming quickly as the girl was put under an almost hypnotic spell of relaxing peace.
